This conversation with Sam is all about mental health from the perspective of someone leading what is now one of the world's most respected Ketamine clinics. Ketamine has it's proponents and it's naysayers in the mental health treatment space and Sam covers the risks and benefits to this therapy that has been a key aspect of therapy for many of his clinicians' patients' suffering from PTS, depression and other mental health crisis.
At the early age of 13, Sam Mandel began volunteering for TeenLine, a non-profit teen-to-teen suicide prevention hotline where he took calls from teens in crisis. And in 2014, Sam co-founded with his father, Dr. Steven Mandel, Ketamine Clinics Los Angeles.
