Hello. So happy you're here, my friend. Thanks for hitting play. Thanks for spending a little time with me. Delighted to be sharing a little space with you today. What's on my mind? Is self-trust. And I think this podcast, if you're finding it and this ends up being medicine for your soul, I just want you to know that I need this message and this is such medicine for my soul. And so, I love that what ends up being beneficial for me ends up being beneficial for you because this is how we're all interconnected, right? Nothing's happening in isolation despite what our ego or our intellectual mind will tell us otherwise. Again, and again and again. Sometimes add infinitum, right? And so this is just always proof to me. I always trust that that's the truth of this journey, but I love when I get to hear the proof of it, through your feedback, through your messages. So thanks for those of you that send them. And if you've been thinking about it, Thanks for thinking about it, and go ahead and send it self-trust. Okay. That's the theme of today because it's. Quite possibly one of the most value add things we can cultivate in our lives. We get conflicting messaging all of the time about how we should be trusting authorities, figures, other people more than we trust ourselves. And this serves who? Exactly. It doesn't serve you. It doesn't serve me. as I've been on this deeper journey of really figuring out what is the deeper message, what is the deeper purpose like I'm digging a lot deeper into my own why, my own purpose. And in doing that, I am. So acutely aware of so much conditioning that I'm rubbing up against that is like, oh, well you shouldn't talk about that. And is that really science? And if you can't prove it, don't talk about it. And it is this tyranny, right? We have this supreme allegiance to our intellect. And sometimes it's at odds to the greater intelligence that is us, that's within us, that's communicating through us and to us and with us. Whenever I now find myself and this battle has like, you can feel this emotionally, you can feel this internally, you can feel that there's incongruence. You can feel heavy resistance, anxiety, stress. Right there's this like undeniable valuable feedback system that we're designed with that helps us know when we're meeting against something and this is like actually what I love about the process of getting coherent, the process of rebalancing and regulating the nervous system, the process of gaining a masterful relationship with stress itself is we get to start working with it intelligently. So the burnout recovery journey, which was like, okay, you're in burnout, you're in addictions, you're in abusive relationships, you are in financial turmoil. All of those things are manifestations of a stressed nervous system and a stressed brain, right? That we are no longer in control. We've actually lost access to our own willpower and our own self-directedness. And then we start balancing the nervous system. We, we get closer to equanimity and now we have access to the prefrontal cortex. We have access to making really powerful decisions that are serving our best interest. And as we spend time here, we start also gaming. Incredible access to our own intuition for so many people. This gateway also helps them realize, oh, there's a pivot here, right? There's a pivot to purpose that's emerging here, and in order for them to follow that, they have to cultivate so much self-trust. And it's been fascinating to me how this has evolved and enriched even in the last five years that I've been playing with it. That really doubling down on trusting myself over any external authority, right? I mean, even in the case of burnout or addiction or. Narcissistic abusive relationships, which I certainly had with medicine itself. Um, codependent relationships. We outsource our center of power and our center of influence to something external to us, whether it's a person, an institution, a people, whatever, and we trust them more than we trust ourselves. And this is I think, why so many of us hit such a like painful bottom. Because once we hit that bottom, we realize, holy shit, I trusted you all. I trusted all of you more than I trusted the wisdom. That is me. And look where it got me. It's almost like that whole paradigm has to sort of shatter and break and it's so interesting how pervasive and prevalent that pattern is in the mass consciousness because that's why we keep picking it up. We see that it's fundamentally broken. We see that we've outsourced our value, our worth. Our love, our joy, our happiness, like we outsource that stuff, thinking that we could get it from people, buy it in things, receive it in achievement, whatever it is, and we come to this gross realization that that's not where any of those things come from. Right. That abundance doesn't actually come from what's in your bank account. Your worth doesn't come from what's in your bank account. Your value as a human being most certainly does not come from what's in your bank account or your portfolio or your garage or uh, you know, whatever. So it is a breaking away from. The mass consciousness that requires a certain level of inner renegade, right, like inner warrior. Truly it's so interesting to me that I'm like even tentative to use the word like manifest when everything is a manifestation. Everything that's physical is a manifestation of thought. of intelligence, not intellect. Although intellect and intelligence can co-create in a really powerful way, and that's when really awesome things happen. And I am on a mission to trust my inner wisdom. To trust my inner intelligence more than anything outside of me, chances are you are gonna have to take this leap too. Chances are it's gonna scare the shit out of you too. And what I love is that the same practices that we use to recover from burnout, The same coherence training, the same mastery over stress. We get to apply to this process where we look at the stress that's being activated in our own nervous systems. We can look at, right? We know our behaviors that show up when we're stressed. We know the emotional, you know, our like emotional profile. Like if you haven't done this exercise before, I want you to come up with your top three. What are your top three stress-based behaviors? What are your top three stress-based emotions and what are your top three stress-based thoughts, So if you have this three to sort of work with, you know, really when you need to get coherent when these things are popping up a lot, you need to be doubling down on regular coherence training. Right, that you're setting aside three to five minutes, you're getting coherent at least twice a day, sometimes three times a day. It lasts for eight hours. Once you've been coherent, you get emotional regulation, nervous system balance, optimized brain function, and a whole physiologic realignment, including a biochemical overhaul for up to eight hours, like. Holy hell. There's nothing else that gives you an ROI like this huge return on your investment. Little bit of time, huge payout. Then when you have. Something come up where you recognize like you're noticing one of your top three stress-based behaviors, one of your top three stress-based emotions, or one of your top three stress-based thoughts are popping up. You know, this is when you get to do it. Take five. This is when you're gonna do just like stop hard. Stop. We're gonna take five. You know, a five count in, five count out deep through the diaphragm, resting our attention in the heart. Like, let's get out of the brain altogether cuz that's causing trouble. Get into your heart space seat of vast intelligence. For real, for real. And we're gonna breathe right. Five rounds. Five in five out, five rounds. Nice and deep resting in the heart. Now you're recalibrated. You're reentered, I should say. Now you get to recalibrate to what it is that you actually want, and I have had to do this so much recently. Because I'm shifting my business a little bit because I'm gonna be on a maternity leave. I am developing. Some epic resources for my followers, for my community, because I wanna keep people on the journey of transformation, on the journey of self liberation and self realization while I am birthing this life and bringing like this truly amazing little soul into this world. And. I wanna be sure that my community is supported while I do that. And it has gotten me deeper into the message, the purpose, the why, and it has me closer to realizing the message is really how we're all manifesting. We're co-creating this life, and we are doing this with universal intelligence. We're doing this with one another. And has me in awe with how everything comes down to relationship. And the first most critical relationship we have is the one that we have with ourselves. It's mission critical that this relationship with ourselves is respectful and loving and kind, and that we trust ourselves. We trust our journey. We trust our lives. We trust where we've been. We trust where we're going. We trust that everything that happens is happening for our greatest good. That everything is working out in all ways, always for our greatest good. Trusting that you can never get it wrong. You can never be wrong. That this life is all about experimenting, and it's okay to fail. It's okay to go, oh wait, did I get that message right? I would rather fail trying to honor the inner intelligence that's me, and speak to something so much bigger than me than fail at trying to be something to somebody else. I would rather be on my deathbed and say, wow, like I tried my ass off and I failed my ass off. And I finally figured out what was meant for me and what was meant to be expressed. And I did it despite how terrified I was doing it. Despite how Against the grain, against how I had been culturally conditioned, socially, academically, medically, whatever. So to live with courage, to live on purpose, to live really, you know, the word that comes to my mind is like a renegade, you know? And that takes so much self trust. Truly to take a break to honor your body's intelligence, to honor the feedback that it's giving you, to honor the feedback of this universe, to honor your own emotional guidance system, to trust that if it feels good, it is good to trust that if it brings you joy. If it lights you up, if it turns you on, if it makes you feel more alive, if it brings reverence, all wonder delight into your life that this is meant for you. as we start living more, as we pivot and we're living more in our purpose, that we will profit not just financially but in our quality of life. And that takes so much self-trust and it takes a willingness to see all of the condition beliefs. And those will be activating in your nervous system, right? Because that's in your subconscious mind. these belief systems that we can't trust ourselves, that are, truly embedded into us from outside sources become internalized over time. So we don't even need an external influence to tell us not to trust ourselves. That voice is actually in our own heads. And it's a stressful thought, right? That is a stressful thought. How do you know? How will you prove it? How do you know? What if you're wrong? What if you're not right? What if you fail? All of that when we believe it, instead of realizing, oh, those are just thoughts. Those are thoughts that a human brain thinks. I don't have to believe those thoughts. It's when we believe them that we have an emotional reaction to them. Now we're in a stress response and there are emotions that come with it. Frustration, disappointment, anger, aggression, hostility, isolation, depression, sadness, There are a whole slew of stress-based emotions. So we wanna be paying attention to these. And then sometimes the behaviors that come up is, I'm impatient with my significant other. I am snappy, I'm irritable, I'm aggressive to other drivers on the road, whatever yours is. Maybe I'm picking up a substance or a drink or a drug that I know doesn't serve me. Maybe I'm picking fights with people that I know I have no business doing. These become stressed based. Behaviors, they're like reactions to the thoughts and the emotions that precede them. Is this making sense? Why it's so helpful to have like to know your kind of top three. Mine recently has been scrolling on social media. This is my diversion tactic. This is my stress nervous system saying, oh my gosh. Don't stand up and say what you wanna say. You should outsource that and you should watch everybody else say what they wanna say. Right? Being honest here. Because I'm on the journey right alongside you. I've got my own behaviors. I've got my own stuff. Guess what? I was conditioned just like you and I am on the journey of liberating that shit and being the force of change. I know I want to see in my life. And I want us to do this with so much curiosity and so much compassion, because I'm not wrong for having been conditioned that way. And it's not even wrong that those conditions exist. these conditions were conditioned by people, masses of people before them. And trust me, the consciousness is shifting. There is a massive awakening taking place right now. It actually makes this work so much easier. There are so many of us on this journey. You are not alone. I am not alone. We are not alone for real. We are part of a massive movement that is realigning to our true power, which is always within us. We don't have to go look into control people, places, circumstances, situations, things. We don't have to play that game anymore. That's like manifestation 1.0, I'm ready for manifestation 5.0, which is I look inside. I look at me, I work intelligently with myself, with my intuition, with my inner guidance, with my inner wisdom, with this intelligent universe, and co-create some seriously awesome, epic. Aliveness that I otherwise don't have access to when I don't trust myself. So my invitation to you. If you're recovering from burnout, if you're recovering from any addiction, if you are looking to create a life that you love, if you're looking to break free from an entire construct that has disempowered you. I am inviting you to step into yourself and trust yourself. Trust your inner knowing. Trust your inner guidance, trust your intuition. Step into the fullness. That is, you embody the brilliance, the magnificence that is you. And as we shift internally, as we liberate these conditions from our mind, which we have 100% sovereign control over. There might be momentum there that we have to work against. Right that, like, that's okay. What else are we gonna do? Right? We know that there's a movement growing behind us. We know that we are on the side of goodness and greatness and we know that we are learning to trust ourselves and break free of a paradigm that has kept us prisoner and we're done with that now. And we can still have like a loving relationship with this, a respectful one of an understanding of like, oh, this is just how human nature is and works. And we're at the leading edge of a movement of liberation and transformation and transcendence. Hell yes. No place. I'd rather be than here with you, my beautiful friend. Transforming these limitations, seeing them for what they are, and deciding again and again and again. To trust myself. To trust in you. To trust in the deeper intelligence of this life, to start co-creating with this vast wisdom. And create something better than we ever thought possible. So this is my invitation to trust yourself and to see all of the places where you don't. And just with so much curiosity and so much compassion, just do a little inquiry and to does this serve me? And am I willing to move this locus of power outside of me to inside of me? Am I willing to trust myself and trust my life and trust my journey and trust the life capital L life more than I trust anybody else's opinion, anybody else's version of the story? And you'll start knowing when the truth is being spoken, right? You'll, you will have a visceral sensation in your body like, oh, that is truth. And there could be a hundred. There could be a thousand. There could be a million other people saying, but is it really what if it's not, and you're gonna be so anchored in your own knowing. It doesn't even matter how many of them are saying that it's not true. You know what's true? This is the next revolution, evolution of us as humans, especially in an age of disinformation, right? We've been through the industrial age, we've been through the information age. That's where we are right now. And where we're headed because information is so easily distorted right now and manipulated and falsified, and we are being sponged so many, like there's so much, what is this? Like false news, fake news, whatever. We have to enter the era of intelligence where we understand our own. And we understand how to work with our nervous system to interpret it. We understand how to work with the intuition of our bodies, and we really come back to expanding the potential of what it is to be human. It's vast. My friends, we are just scratching the surface. just in, just in what I'm seeing so far, just what I see in my clients, what I see in my own life, this is beyond thrilling, exciting stuff. So honored, so beyond blessed, happy you're here. I absolutely love you. This is my invitation to trust yourself. It's my invitation to trust myself more deeply too.
