she is going to be walking us through an EFT Session. If you are saying "what is EFT tapping?!? This sounds a bit woo-woo!" It stands for Emotional Freedom Technique. EFT is a way of re-balancing negative trapped energy stored inside. We have 12 meridians that are the channels or pathways in which our energy flows. We begin by tapping and focusing on the negative emotion. After a few rounds we move into focusing and on restoring the negative with positive. Believe it or not tapping on the meridian points restores balance in the body through clearing the blocked energy. It has helped with trauma, fear, anxiety, cravings, bad dreams, unresolved problems, headaches, stress, emotional blocks and so much more. There are no needles like acupuncture.
