Welcome back and happy holidays! Katie's case this week will not help you get in the festive spirit. So, hopefully that wasn't your plan.
There's not much information on Michael Sumpter but we do know his hobby was collecting purses that weren't his. He also liked using fire escapes for the wrong reason and he's a Libra.
Most of his serious crimes weren't known until decades later but modern technology proves that perpetrators will be caught and brought to justice.
