The Dayton Strangler. For 10 years the growing city of Dayton was terrorized by one man. Police didn't know how to look for a serial attacker, rapists, killer, and monster. Even the newly devised plan to track offenders with cards wasn't good enough. The only way he could be stopped was through the strength of one of his victims.
