We’re diving into something called the gap vs. the gain mindset — a concept from Benjamin Hardy’s work that, once you see it, you can’t unsee it. I’m breaking down the sneaky ways the gap mindset shows up — the subtle self-sabotage, the constant moving of the goalposts, the "I should be further along" spiral — and how we can start gently but powerfully shifting our lens to the gain.
I’ll walk you through a few real-life examples (yes, even the awkward, messy ones), plus some simple reframes you can use today to start thinking in a way that builds momentum instead of zapping it.

When I first started trying to grow online, I thought showing up was enough.
