The Bible stands as a uniquely reliable collection of 66 books written over 1,600 years by 40 authors across three continents. Unlike a game of telephone, Scripture was carefully preserved like a treasure through divine inspiration and meticulous copying. The manuscript evidence is overwhelming, with over 26,000 New Testament fragments compared to just 1,900 for Homer's works. While difficult passages exist, careful study reveals no genuine contradictions. God calls us to three responses: believe what Scripture teaches, obey what it requires, and trust what it promises.
