Every person begins on the same side of a divide: death. The only way to cross over to life is through faith in Jesus Christ, and that confidence is not a guess but a promise rooted in Him alone. Eternity is not just a future reality. It has real implications for how we live today, what we chase, what we fear, and what we value. The Bible is clear that two destinations await every person, heaven and hell, and both are real. Hell is an expression of God's justice, not a contradiction of His love. Heaven is not passive or dull but a place of beauty, fullness, and unbroken presence with God. Because every person we encounter has an eternal destiny, that truth should move us toward compassion, intentional kindness, and honest conversations about faith.
