Homework Ideas:

For Families:

✅ Gratitude Challenge: Each family member writes down three people they appreciate and one way they can show it this week.
✅ Love Language: Discover how each person feels most appreciated.
✅ DIY Valentine’s Jar: Create a love note jar where family members write and pick out appreciation notes throughout the year.

For Couples:

✅ Set a Romantic Ritual: If Valentine’s Day is packed with family activities, set a separate day for couple time and stick to it.
✅ Request jar: Put ideas on how your partner can show you love on a piece of paper and put it in a jar. Through the year (ideally each week or so), each partner picks one act of appreciation (big or small) for the other.
