In today’s podcast we will explore “Movement Malady”, the movement system described by Shirly Sahrmann, PhD, PT includes the musculoskeletal system (muscle, fascia, and bones) that generates movement, the nervous system in charge of regulating movement, and the cardiovascular, pulmonary, and endocrine systems that provide support for the other systems. Any impairments in these areas may limit the movement system, and all need to be considered during the evaluation.
