The focus of this commentary is a discussion on the perpetual requirement of a true believer to hear, internalize and live G-d's instructions for worshiping Him and living with our fellow man. The details of G-d's instructions are the focus of the book of Deuteronomy with the concept summarized very nicely in Deuteronomy 6:4-13.
