Regina Patton (Real Estate Agent)

Regina is a licensed agent in California and Texas. She has been assisting buyers and sellers with their real estate needs since 1999.
Regina’s unique skill set as a previous loan processor, loan officer and underwriter allows her clients the opportunity to explore more creative and advanced options. Regina has been honored to receive several awards in the past few years. In 2021, she was awarded D Magazine Top Producer. Regina has also earned her GRI Designation as a way to stand out to prospective clients as a Realtor who has gained in-depth knowledge on technical subjects as well as the fundamentals of real estate. Regina often shows up on the monthly leader boards; however, her most rewarding achievement is having her past and present clients become a part of her family forever.
The most important part of real estate for Regina is carefully listening to her clients and identifying their needs. Regina’s favorite motto is, “People don’t care what you know, until they know that you care.”
When Regina isn’t working, her favorite things to do are travel and spend time with her family. Regina and her husband Larry, have two young adult daughters and one grand dog. They can’t wait for grandchildren!
