BIG IDEA: No one is justified by their own works.
1) Justification is either a declaration of your righteousness based on your
perfect works…
*(“Justification by works”— Right standing with God earned by
demonstrating your perfect obedience to God’s laws.)
OR
2) Justification is a declaration of your righteousness based on Christ’s
imputed works.
*(“Justification by faith”— Right standing with God earned by Jesus
but declared to be yours through faith alone.)
