Tonya Stand Mathews is a member of the Peoria Tribe of Oklahoma, Quapaw Tribe, and the Shawnee Tribe. Tonya is the Executive Director of the Peoria Tribal Gaming Commission, Secretary of the Business Committee, Judge of Combative Sports for the State of Oklahoma.
