Because you are the church. This is only a place of worship. As you go home, the church goes home. When you go to walk, the church goes to walk. Am I talking to somebody? Tell your neighbor you are the church. Wherever you are, that's where the church is. Hallelujah. Praise the Lord. We're going to continue on our series. The power of a transformed heart. The power of a transformed heart. Part six. And our subtopic is still what we discussed last Sunday. Knowing the state of your heart. Knowing the state of your heart. Part two. Last Sunday I showed us the first state of heart we examined was a dull heart. You know, I told us that the state of your heart is actually what determines the workings of God in our lives. God can't walk in your life beyond what your heart permits. God can't work in your life beyond what your heart permits. And that's why it's necessary for you and I to constantly examine ourselves. Don't wait to be judged. Judge yourself always by checking your heart. You say I can deceive you. But I can't deceive God. Do you know why? He does not look at me on the basis of what I say, He looks at me on the basis of the motive behind what I say. He does not look at me on the basis of what I do. But the motives behind what I do. That's why when he sent Samuel to go and anoint a king in the household of Jesse. The moment Samuel walked into the family house and all the children of Jesse lined up, there was a man looking anointed. There was a man looking worthy of being anointed as king. His name was Eliab. He was imposing, he looked right for the job. And Samuel, the great prophet, was deceived by the look of the man. And he was almost pouring oil on him. And God said, No. I don't see the way man sees. I don't look at what you project, I look at your heart. So that means your heart is actually what determines what you receive from God. God can't help you beyond the state of your heart. So you and I have the responsibility to always examine our hearts. And that's why we have to know the state of our hearts in order to see our need for transformation. Because some of us are worse than Pharisees. We see the fault in everybody except ourselves. That's the lifestyle of a Pharisee. The father seed. I told us that a dull heart is a heart that is not responsive to the truth. A dull heart hears the truth, but the truth never makes sense to them. They are not responsive to it. They are not angry with it. They are okay with just hearing. And that's why they never understand the truth. Those with dull heart, as I told you, can quote plenty scriptures. But we never practice any consistently. Then we also examine a hard heart. I told us a hard heart is the advanced level of a dull heart. When a dull heart is not treated, it metamorphosed into a hard heart. I told us that a hard heart is a heart that is resistant to the truth. It goes from not responding to the truth to becoming resistant to the truth. So someone with a hard heart, when they hear the truth, it annoys them. They get angry within them. Why is he talking like that? Why? So someone with a hard heart is never receptive to the truth of God's word except the one that appears to satisfy their selfish desires. When one is hard-hearted, they will be opposing the truth, and this will make them to always seek alternatives to the truth. Because their heart is hard towards the truth. They don't like the truth, they oppose the truth. So, in order to run their life, they have to keep seeking an alternative to the truth. And that's the pathway to destruction. We go to number three today. We are also going to examine two states of heart. And that's where we are going to conclude this. And in our um next service, we are going to be looking at how to get our heart transformed. So I told us that if a dull heart is not treated, it becomes a hard heart. And if a hard heart is not treated, it becomes a heart of unbelief. It becomes what? A heart of unbelief. Hebrews chapter 3, let's quickly read from verse 7 to 12. Hebrews chapter 3, from verse 7 to 12. Therefore, as the Holy Spirit says, today if you will hear his voice, do not what? Do not harden your heart as in the rebellion. In the day of trial in the wilderness, where your fathers tested me, tried me, and saw my works for the years. Therefore, I was angry with that generation and said, They always go astray in their hearts because of the hardness of their heart. And they have not known my ways. A hard heart does not know, and will not know the ways of God, except there is a transformation. So I swore in my wrath, they shall not enter my rest. Beware, brethren. Beware, brethren. Lest there be in any of you an evil heart of what? In departing from the living God. Beware, brethren. This is not to an unbeliever, it's to believers. Lest there be in any of you an evil heart of what? Unbelief in departing from the living God. So if someone with a hard heart is not paying attention to it, to take care of it, listen, a hard heart will become a heart of unbelief, which the Bible calls evil. A heart of unbelief is evil. Do you know why it is evil? It is evil because it is blind to the realities in Christ. A heart of unbelief does not see what God has done for him or her in Christ. A heart of unbelief does not know the mercy of God. That's why, if God has shown somebody mercy, they are not okay with it. Why? Because they don't know mercy. When they pray for mercy, it is just to satisfy their own selfish end. Listen, George, one of the reasons why many of us are not enjoying the mercy and the goodness of God is simply because you don't value it in other people's life. When God's mercy is at work in someone's life, when the goodness of God is expressed, you envy it, you complain against it, you think they are not qualified for it, it is simply because you don't know what mercy and goodness is. What you don't know you can't have. You know, I I've seen people that when they have different set of rules, if it's for others, it's okay. But if if it's for them, no, no, no, don't apply it. So a heart of unbelief is evil, it is blind to the treasures that are in Christ. And any heart that is blind towards the treasures in Christ will perpetrate evil. Why? Because they are ignorant of the truth that makes doing good genuinely. They are blind to that truth, they are ignorant of it, and if you are ignorant of that truth, it will be impossible for you to genuinely do good. Doing good to you will just be another strategy. That's why our politicians in Nigeria, I don't trust their good. Or somebody can. So that we can also close on time. Ephesians 4. This I say, therefore, and testify in the Lord that you, as believers, should no longer walk as the rest of the Gentiles walk in the futility of their mind. That means it is possible for you to walk like an unbeliever. How do unbelievers walk? Having their understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God because of the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of where? Of their hearts, who being past feeling, have given themselves over to lewdness, to walk all uncleanness with what? With greediness. Verse 20. But you have not so learned Christ. If indeed you have had him and have been taught by him as the truth is in who? Is in Jesus, not in your feelings. Verse 22. Okay, we are stopping at verse 21 because of our time. Go back to that verse 21. If indeed you have had him and have been taught by him as the truth is in where it said, those with a heart of unbelief are blind to the truth. So they walk and live according to the vanities of their mind. All their decisions, all their actions are decided, I mean, are made out of their vain minds. Because their heart has been torn far from God. Their heart has departed from God. That's why someone can be a pastor and still go and join an occult to do the work of God. Do you know why? His heart is departed from God. There is no way you can experience the best of God if your heart is far from him. Do you know why the Bible says there is no peace for the wicked? A wicked man has an evil heart. Can I help somebody here? Please watch how you talk. Watch how you what? When you talk, anyhow, you talk to bring people down, you talk to slander people. Anytime you hear that they are about to address the issue of gossip, you lose your peace. Is that true? If you are not part of them, if they are saying they are going to call people who are doing it, it doesn't concern you. Your heart is at peace. I tell people, do you know one of the reasons why my heart is at peace? There is nothing anybody can expose about me. There is nothing. There is nothing. I don't have any secret. It doesn't exist with anybody. Not even with me. If I'm trying to be careful, it's because of my wife. Because my certain lifestyle that she has not learned, she's still growing. There are things that if I say, ah, this is my husband, that's the why now. So I have to respect that. People lose their peace because of the state of their heart. Who will not? You can't do good genuinely without a hidden agenda. If you have a heart of unbelief. Listen, a heart of unbelief is a heart that is completely disconnected from God without the owner of the heart knowing that they are disconnected from God. Because a lot of believers think to church is equal to close to being close to God. No, that's not true. You can be in church and not be in touch with the God of the church. Because of your heart. Don't forget, this teaching is not to judge you, it's to help you examine your heart. Because it's about your destiny. This heart of unbelief was the state of the heart of the children of Israel when they left Egypt. Here this church. It was this hardened heart of unbelief that kept them in wilderness for 40 years. It didn't just keep them in wilderness for four years, it also hindered them from getting into the promised land meant for them. Listen, church. If you have stayed too long in the wilderness, please it's time for you to examine your heart. The journey of 40 days became 40 years. Why? Because of the heart of unbelief. And I'll show you briefly why it is so. Why? Because it does not see through the eyes of God. You know, one of the things that pains me oftentimes as a pastor is that when I see somebody passing through the road, I have passed. And I'm showing them the pitfall what to avoid. And they think I don't know what I'm saying. It's painful. Because eventually, because they choose to go and do what their heart of unbelief is saying they should do, when the result comes, they still come and complain. And it will look as if the church is not anointed, the pastor is not anointed. The problem is most of the time with our hearts. Look at what the Bible says about the people of Israel, God's people. Psalm 78, verse 40 to 42. They tempted God. A heart of unbelief will always tempt God. Look at it. How often they provoked him in the wilderness. They provoked God in the wilderness and did what? And grieved him in the desert. Yes. Again and again, they did what? They tempted God and limited the Holy One of Israel. The unlimitable God was limited because of a heart of unbelief. They did not remember his power the day when he redeemed them from the enemy. You see, I tell my sons in ministry, I said, don't just kill yourself. Because you want miracles to happen in your ministry. Say, mini miracles don't convince people whose heart is corrupt. It doesn't matter how many miracles they see. It doesn't move them. In fact, because they are never, their heart is never in one place, they don't even know when they have a miracle. They don't even know how they got it. And when they hear other people's miracle, it's arranged. They are deceiving us. How can that be? Hmm. They are close to the pastor. No, it's your heart, sir. Am I saying there are people who do not arrange miracles? No. That's why I tell people don't go to a church if you don't trust the pastor. If you can't vouch for the spiritual integrity of your pastor, what are you doing there? If you don't believe that I'm a man of God that truly serves God genuinely from the depth of my heart, please go and look for a church where you trust your pastor. Because I won't try to convince anybody beyond what I'm doing. Can I say something to you, Church? Please stop living your life to impress people. You are not their problem. Their heart is their problem. And you can't live all your life trying to solve a problem they have refused to solve. And somebody doesn't like you. The person is always angry with you. And you examine yourself genuinely, and you see that you are not doing anything wrong to offend this person. I beg, leave them. Do you know what? If you don't want me to laugh, I will laugh where we're in your presence. Now you go pin now. What didn't concern me? Because I'm meant to be laughing. I'm meant to be joyous and be celebrating and be rejoicing. Was it which day was I saying it? Is it in the pastor's meeting or last Thursday? I said, I'm not looking for happiness. Because you can my happiness is what you can attack, not my joy. My joy is hidden in my heart. You can attack it, you can't remove it, you can't take it. It's not at your power. If it is happiness, you can remove what brings the happiness and make me. Am I ministering to somebody? Pastor, are you angry? Why should I? I'm teaching you the truth. Am I talking to somebody? At times I talk in a way that even minister I know Sabiwai they talk like that. I'm just being moved by the spirit. The Bible says they tempted who? God. They tempted God. How did they tempt God? Go back to that Psalm 78. Let's read verse 18 to 22. Because I want to learn from it, please, church. You know one of the things that fears me about God? You verse for Ram. In no change, God. Say, God, I won't serve you again. I go my way. Why are you saying that? Multitudes are saying, Oh Lord, I can't do without you. He's still God. His being God does not depend on any one of us. That's one of the things I love this song. He's God all by himself. He's God all by himself. Do you know that if God depends on us to be God, some of us will have decoded him? You love my English? Degoded him. Because if you can dethrone somebody, you degod him. Because you are annoyed with him. Listen, let's read together. And they tested God in their hearts by asking for the food of their fancy. The will of God doesn't matter to them. It's about what they wanted. Go on. Yes, they spoke against God. They said, Can God prepare a table in the wilderness? Now, their heart of unbelief doesn't know that they are speaking against God. When they are saying, We want to eat meat. Can God provide meat? In the sight of God, they are speaking against Him. They are belittling him. Just imagine this. Just imagine this church. I want you to think about it. Just think about it. You have a good business, or you have a very good job, and you are making millions of naira every month. And your child, your son living under you. Now you buy ever the child needs for. See when to collect a shoe on credit. And they now came to harass him. How will you feel? Why didn't you tell me you need this shoe? I don't know if you'll be able to afford it. That will anoint you, annoy you the more. So now so I be for your eye. Now so I small rich. That this shoe. A woman was introduced to me some years back. Oh, I felt for this woman. She was weeping, she was crying. She told me that their house in this water court is a 14-room duplex. So she even told the husband, What did you build to maintain it, to clean it? Said, Nawala. Everything they needed. The husband provides. The husband said, Don't walk. Just take care of the children. I will bring the money. The husband is popular in this state. But he called me from US. I should please pray. That his son was about to go to jail. Why? The same kind of shoe, designer shoe, they have bought for the boy, the same color. He went to steal it from a store. He didn't know. He went to that store, took some clothes, and enter where they tests. You know, over there you enter a room to test the clothes, whether it's your size. So took like five or six, carried them, entered the place. Entered where he wore three. Before now wearing his clothes and his winter jacket on top. So the other one, he packed them. So he walked freely out. They didn't catch him. Until those ones, I think they were doing the stock taking, and they saw that three clots were missing. So they started examining their CCTV. They now saw that this young man carried many clothes inside. But when she returned, so they put the picture on read the lad. So the security were on the lookout for him. So he walked in after a few months again. The same shoe that the parents bought for him. He went to that place, carried the shoe, pretending as if he was testing it, the old one he wore there, put it back inside the carton, wore the new one. You understand? So he carried the carton and gave it to them. That um no, he doesn't want this. Walk round. So, because they have seen the picture that this is the person they are just watching. You know, if he said for the for long pounds, you stole something last time, which he could easily be. So they wanted him to do another one because they were sure he would do another one. And finally, when he wanted to go out, they called him back. The carton he returned, they opened it, it was old. The one he has worn. They said, This is not a new one. Remove the one from your leg. This one is new. So they arrested him, showed him the camera, called police, and police. So the mother had to fly the following day. She brought the husband here. In the presence of the husband in my office, she said, Daddy, if becoming poor will make my children to be better, because why should four children be misbehaving at the same time? If becoming poor will make them to be better, pray for us so that me and my husband will become poor. The husband was looking at. And you know, woman, I'm not accusing you. Say, Daddy, he's never there. Walk, walk, walk, walk, walk, walk, walk. He doesn't have time. The husband said, But we share the job. You get at least 10 million every month. So take care of my own is to provide the money. Your own is to say, no, you are the head. You should. But do you know where I'm going? Do you know how pain that they have all the money? But the children will stay still. Do you know that's what we do to God? They're looking at me now. We are laughing with that one. But do you know we are like the children of that woman? Many of us. What your father has in abundance, you go about looking, you become subservient to men. You are even willing to trade your body to get it from men. You are willing to go before a piece, some pieces of metal, packed, stone, tree, and offer sacrifice to spear parts that have been abandoned. Because they said it will solve your problem. The people of Israel tempted God, they tested him. Can God provide meat? Can He set a table for us in the wilderness? This is wilderness. Are you aware that they went with their animals? Are you aware that when they left Egypt, they left with their animals? So even if you are hungry for meat, why you not kill those ones? You are now saying God cannot. Because their heart has departed from God. Can I beg you for something? It is not what you have today that matters, it is what becomes of you at the end of the day. It is not what you have today that matters. It is what becomes of you at the end of the day. So a heart of unbelief will limit God. The faithfulness and the goodness of God can only be seen in your life to the extent to which your heart permits it. God is not stingy with his kindness, he's not stingy with his goodness, but the receptivity, the receptiveness of your heart determines how much of his goodness you can receive. God is not partial. It is our hearts that limits the flow of his goodness. There was a time in my bathroom. The tap was not rushing. So the tap was just flowing slowly, and I told them, I said, uh, go and pump water. They said they've just pumped it not too long, so there's still water. Uh-uh. Why is my own tap? So the problem was not with the reservoir. The problem was, so I have to call one of my old guys here. Roby. I said, come and check this thing. I did everything. I didn't know what to do. So he changed, he checked it. He said, we have to change this tap. And the moment he changed the tap, water began to rush. The reservoir had water but was not supplying well because something was hindering. So if the goodness of God is not coming or is coming in three courts, check your tap. The tap is your heart. It is the valve of your heart that determines how much of the goodness will flow into your physical life. Am I talking to somebody? You know, this is what is difficult for us to accept. Because any message that is not blaming the devil and is not blaming others for our issues. We are not okay with it. If I tell you that the devil is the reason for every problem, if we pray, every devil, every devil. See, can I even put it this way? The devil can't work against your life until your heart permits it. That's why, if the devil wants to attack you, he will convince you to agree with him. I've told you the story of my twin, Reverend Zoma. When he went through an operation, a surgery, and the surgeon committed a blunder. He was bleeding internally, and the stomach became very big. Five days after, the stomach became very big, and they didn't know what to do. Eventually, they had to wheel him back to the theater. And when they opened him up again, oh the feel because blood has congealed, has turned green inside his stomach because of internal bleeding. Infection has taken over. One of the nurses is a member from that year, is a member of their church till now because of the miracles of restoration she saw. Is that because all the doctors they have run, they have they brought more doctors from uh BMH to come and check. Brought another person from uh UPTH, they check, they said, This man don't go. He will pass out, and when he will come back, open his eyes, we will say, Don't worry, we know how it will end. It will end in praise, and it will pass out again. It was his heart, sir, that was talking at that time, not his mind. We'll pass out again. He's still dirty today. That was I think since 2016. He was operated on five times. Ordinary appendicitis became a major issue. But he will always say, We know how it will end. It was his heart. So, what am I trying to say? In the midst of that, the devil came and said, You are a man of God. Are you not ashamed? Look at your sons. Because some of his pastors and the wife who are there taking care of him. Say, say, then they see your nakedness every day. Even if you recover, which eye then will take the look at you? Just die and cover your shame. You are going to be with the Lord. You have tried, the church will continue. There's nothing. He said at the time he began to reason it. And he started looking at his sons. The two of them, one of the pastor and the one of the deacon. He said, Truly, oh, this would not see me finish you. After this thing, they're not going to respect me again. No, they've seen me cried, they've seen me groan in pain. How can I still preach faith to them after they have seen me in this vulnerable condition? He was about to accept. He said, The moment he said it's true. He said, Started feeling this dizziness, and everything was becoming blurry before him. Then he had the soft voice of the Holy Spirit. He said, You are coming home now if you don't change your mind. Say, no, I'm not going. I will live and not die. To declare the works of the Lord. My time has not come. And almost immediately, the blurriness. That means the devil actually had no power to take his life. He needed to persuade him to agree with it. He tried to use his pride, but he overcame it. Let me tell you something. If there's anything most of us pastors don't want, because I was telling our pastor during the meeting, I said, I'm not a superman. I don't want to be like a superman to you. Don't see me as a superman. I have my struggles. I have my own time of doubt. There are times I will see a situation and say, Oh Lord, it's finished. It will take God to tell me, son, it's not finished. At that moment, that is just reasoning the matter. But eventually my heart will take over. You know, there are times people will hurt me. In my mind, I go show this person where. Because I'm very angry at that moment. But when I sit down alone, my heart will take over. Say, are you going to allow someone to determine how you live your life through their own wrong attitude? He said, You're about to react and you miss it.

Help me. What am I saying? The state of your mind, your own mind, mind reasons. Mind can easily be. It responds to any immediate situation. But when your heart is right, your heart will overrule the desires of your mind. But if the heart is a heart of unbelief, it will tell you the reason why you have to do them well, why you have to hit them well. So the faithfulness and the goodness of God will only be seen in your life to the extent to which your heart permits. This is the reason it is very important for you and I to know the state of our hearts and submit it to God for transformation. That will take us to number four. A pure heart. A what? A what? That is our greatest need. Matthew chapter five, verse eight. Matthew five eight. Can we read it together, church? One to go. Blessed are who the pure in heart, for they shall see God. So a pure heart is the ideal heart. It is a heart that is receptive to the truth. Now listen to this. Having a pure heart is not the end. It is the means to the end. Having a pure heart is not what? It's not the end. It is the means to the end. Why? Blessed are the pure in heart.

What happened? They shall see God. In other words, seeing God is the end. And it is the purity of your heart that will enable you to see God. So we pursue purity of heart not as an end in itself, but as a means of seeing God. Listen carefully, please. Genuine and accurate revelations are functions of a pure heart. I've had pastors who say they are struggling to hear God, they are not hearing God. Your heart will determine whether you hear God or not. A clogged heart, a heart corrupted with all manner of impurities, will confuse the voice of God for other things. In fact, they will relegate the voice of God to the background because the voices of the impurities of their hearts are louder. God doesn't shout, He speaks with a still small voice. God speaks in a gentle way. He won't shout on you. Quickly. Listen, the life of victory is in becoming more like Christ. That's where genuine peace comes from. That's where overflowing joy, joy unspeakable, full of glory. That's where it comes from. See, the more you become like Christ, you will laugh in the midst of trouble, and people will think you don't have sense. Those who don't know what you know will think you don't have sense. Let's read it. One to go. But we all with what? With unveiled face. Doing what? Beholding as in a mirror, the glory of the Lord are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the spirit. Let's read it from NLT. So all of us who have had that veil removed can see and reflect the glory of the Lord. And the Lord, who is the Spirit, make us more and more like Him. As we are changed. Can you see the reason why people have been in church for years? And Christ cannot be traced in their lives. Until your heart is pure. You can't see Christ. You can't comprehend the truth of his word. Because when God's word is being taught, that can transform you. Your needs at that moment, your traumas of the past, your pain will rise up in your heart to attack the truth of God's word. I'm preaching, I'm telling you, in Christ you are blessed. And you look at this, what is daddy saying? Which kind of thing is this? If I'm blessed, why is my life like this? If I'm blessed, ordinary house rents are the struggle to pay. And you are telling me I'm blessed. Heart of unbelievers taken over. So there is something in your heart that values the natural above the spiritual. There is something in your heart that values what you can see above what is invisible. And do you know what? Until you see the invisible, you can assess what God has already given to you in Christ. Because what He has given to you are not visible. For it to come into the realm of visibility, you have to see it first and accept it as the realities of your life. Can I say something to you? Even when all my accounts are reading, don't let me say zero because that to zero. I will still tell you with confidence that I can't be broken. Because my account does not define me. I'm blessed. And the blessing will always speak. With the blessing, there is no sorrow, sir. The blessing makes rich. Am I talking to somebody? I don't know if you are like me. Do you know how I see myself? Which day I stood in my bathroom. I look at my mirror. I say, Oh boy, you are too favored to fail. I did my hair like this. Said, This is a favored man. I did my hand like this. Said, Joseph, O Lu Sonjo or Dwango, you are too favored. And when I finished, it so it it so it became so real to me. So there are times you need to remind yourself of who you are. When your mind wants to tell you something to the contrary and to make you stray away from God, you need to go and check yourself in the mirror. Do you know what the mirror does? It reflects your identity. Now, a pure heart is open, it's like a mirror. It reflects who you are in Christ to you and begin to see you through the eyes of God. You understand that? Have you seen some mirror? When you look at them, your head goes. Bad mirrors. When you look at yourself in it, you say, What kind of thing will turn you to a monster? So what am I saying? The unveiled or the open face in 2 Corinthians chapter 3, verse 8 18, is a pure heart. A pure heart reflects the glory of God. And the Holy Spirit will now take what you see in your heart and begin to use it to work in your life. Can you see it? As you behold in your heart the glory of the Lord, as you see his beauty, as you see in your heart that you are forgiven because you are saved. As you see, Christ bore all your grief, your pain, your sickness on the cross, by whose stripes you are healed, as they were flogging him. Every sickness is falling out of your body. As you see it, no, I can't be sick. But bro, I'm still feeling pain. No, I'm not moved by what I see. My life is not based on feelings, it's based on the truth of God's word. Can I preach to somebody here? You are owing somebody, and they have already given you ultimate deadline to be. And the deadline is close. Maybe your landlord or somebody else, the deadline is what? Close. And in your heart, your mind. You're already thinking of how to beg the person to extend the time or where to borrow to take care of the debt. I've come to tell you. Look unto Jesus, he's the author and the finisher of your faith. Am I talking to somebody here? In the name of Jesus, the whole of the treasure house of the Lord. It is open to you and your house of the right now. In the name of Jesus. Provincial come from where you least expect. Province man come from where you do not expect. In the name of Jesus. Are you here this morning? Let your heart behold him. It takes a pure heart to behold him. It takes what? A pure heart to behold him. Are dear sons and daughters of house of this ring here? I know many of you have experienced it many times, but I want to tell you again. As the Lord lives, by the covenants upon which I stand, you will never see shame. You will never be ashamed. You won't allow what appears to be failing to stop you from trusting that God will say what he says he will do. Am I talking to somebody? Oh, you prayed for a debt to be taken care of. It was after you prayed, and you believe and you rejoice. My daughter, Sister Pat was leading praise this morning. He said, My praise is a flood where my enemy drowned. So I believe that God has settled this problem. I now started praising. At that time, the people now woke up and started disturbing you the more. It's a test of your heart, sir. That disturbance is not real. You are the only one that can make it real by your next decision and action. Is somebody hearing that? Let me give you an instance. The people of Israel, God, in his awesomeness brought them out with great signs and wonders. They saw outpouring of hills, they saw frogs few everywhere. They saw water turned to blood. And they saw all the firstborn of Egypt died. God brought them with a strong hand. They got to the side of Red Sea. They forgot what they saw. And they turned to Moses. We are saying this thing. That this thing where you say God wants to deliver us. You only want to add to our problem. They started murmuring and complaining against Moses. So Moses now to turn to God. He said, Hear what they are saying. What do we do? God said, Why are you talking to me? So, what is that in your hand? Say, my rod. Say, take the rod, spread it towards. In other words, I've made provision that the enemies are coming behind you, and the Red Sea is before you doesn't mean that I'm helpless. I'm the one that led you through this path, and I've made provision for your deliverance. Listen, church, there is nothing I find myself in. I know there is a way out. There is a way out. I can't be stranded. You can't be stranded. You cannot be stranded. I said you will never be stranded. No matter what happens, there is a way out.

God is faithful who will never allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able. With every temptation, He makes what? A way of escape so that you'll be able to bear it. There is a way of escape in every situation. So, how do you see the situation? It's only a test. If you are truly a student, you don't run away from test. Anytime they say there is going to be an exam, what comes into your mind is I'm about to change level. I'm about to go from hundred level to 200 level. Or 200 level to 300 level. So if as a student you get sense, you are not going to start playing up and down that time. You sit down and study how to pass. The study is the revelation you need inside examination. When you are going through examination, what you need is revelation. It's not complain. It's not complain. When revelation comes, do you know they are? I don't know if you are one of those people in secondary school days. Some people, you say, God help me. My child will always say, cow will not get it tail. Now God they pursue fly for them. God help me that. Throughout my primary, secondary school, I was always on top of the class. But do you know in my secondary school? Every time there is an exam, some people struggle, they fight to sit around me. And sincerely, I didn't want them around because they can. That's why. He that walks with the wise shall be wise. The companions of fools are be destroyed. If you want to achieve a pure heart, check those who relate to it. They are either sowing seed of corruption into your heart or seed of purity. People who can tell you when you are getting weak say no, God is still on the throne. Jesus is still Lord. My wife taught me a lesson recently. No, we are looking at some of our plans, and she told me, say, Daddy, let's we do this, we do that, as you have said. I said, So I said, let's come out of this situation. He said, which situation are we in? I said, there's plenty of money. So he said, is that our situation? Immediately, I guess sense. Now the thing where I don't teach him, I can't fall her hand. See, the firmness with which she asked that question, she was not joking. He said, Is that the situation where we are in? I said, No, we are not in it. My senses came back to me. So I said, Yes, we are going to. Is the plan already? Nothing will change it. Those who have access to your heart will determine what happens to you in life. Watch it, sir. Watch it. Who are the people you listen to? Do you know the funniest thing? At the end of the day, God is not going to judge them. He's going to judge you. Because you have the capacity to say no. So when your heart is pure, you easily align with God's plan. Because you interpret every situation through the eyes of God. Let me close with this. We continue. In the next episode. Do you know why? As I'm preaching ministering, the Lord said, Tell my people to praise me now. Listen, let me conclude. My plan is that we are too meant to pray for the purity of our heart. That's what I plan. And to pray some other prayer. But he said, tell them to praise me now. And then when you praise him now, you will now see the reason for the praise very soon. Some of you, the song will not go down today before you see the product of your praise. Some of you over the next 24 hours, you will see the reason for that praise. Some of you over the next one week, you will see the result of your praise. That praise will now produce another praise. You are going to praise him when I'm done now. And then when the result comes, you now pray another praise to acknowledge that you have received. This praise is that spiritually I've received it. You must see something in your heart. Don't just dance. You don't do. No, no, no, no. That's not what we are talking about. See something in your life that needs an intervention, something you can handle by your efforts. Am I talking to somebody? See it, Lord. I praise you for this. I praise you because there is a solution for this. I praise you because there is an intervention for this. I praise you because you settled this in Christ. And I receive my answers now. I believe it. I believe it. Thank you, Lord. Someone who has struggled over childbearing, you end up with triplets, and that will be your first and the last bone. Those three children will live well, they will grow well. Am I talking to somebody? They won't disturb your life. I was telling my wife, I said, answer is a gift. Do you know why? The boy knows how he cry. If answer stays with you and he cries, then you must be a very careless person. Do you know why? If he's hungry, he said, huh? If you are not responding, we'll put down, we'll be sucking the hand. Then he will do it seriously for you to know I want to job now. So if after all those things, you know, see him, you will not say, where we leave him alone in the night. Sleep the catching, Mamawi. For the pure, how many things are pure? All things are pure. But to those who are defiled and unbelieving, nothing is pure. But even their mind and conscience are what? Defiled. Verse 16. So let's clap for media. Can you see wonders? From Titus to Joshua. Only media can do that wonder. Now look at it. They profess to know God, but in works they deny him. Being abominable, disobedient, and disqualified for every good work. What disqualifies people? Listen, said to the pure, all things are pure. Going to Egypt didn't look like a pure thing to Joseph. But he saw it correctly. That's why when Potiphar's wife offered herself, he rejected it. And he was ready to face the consequence. He saw God in his situation. Am I talking to somebody? When you see through the eyes of God, you will understand that there is no situation in your life that is meant for your shame that might not look good. They might not look good. But if you know the God whom you serve is a specialist in turning the impossible to make it possible. When God is truly active in your life, your path might be difficult. It is for him to show his power in you and through you. Am I talking to somebody? The things of God are never easy. Because when God is designing your life, he never designed it with human mindset, he designed it with the reality of who he is, expecting you to see through his eyes when you pass through the journey of you go through the journey of life and hold on to him no matter what happens. Am I talking to somebody? God is able to do all things that he says he will do. Your own is to trust him. So when you see a situation that is not looking good, to the pure, all things are pure. There is something good in it for me. For we know all things, how many things? All things work together for good. For them that love God, for them who are called according to his purpose. If you know you are called for his purpose, and you are in active partnership with God in all that you do, no matter what happens, it will be for your good. Listen, Sister Fate. At times it takes your haters to wake you off from the slumber. There are times we are too relaxed in a level that is lower than where God wants us for. So He will steer up some haters who will attack your position, attack your personality, attack everything. And when you feel helpless, you say, No, Lord, you run to God, and if you know your prayer life that was going dead comes alive. Thank God for my haters. Thank God for everyone who desire to see me suffer is set back. They only revived me. Am I talking to somebody? Are you getting it? If you are not getting it, forget it. You must get it. To the pure, how many things? All things, all things, it takes a purity of heart to see correctly. It takes a purity of heart to be surrounded by over 1,000 soldiers, and there was no weapon, and you see the jawbone of an ass on the ground. What would the jawbone of an ass do against a well-armed soldier? But the one who knows is in active partnership with God will pick the jawbone of an ass and use it to slay a thousand soldiers. What will five loaves of bread and two fishes do in the midst of multitudes? When God is involved, little is more than enough. To the pure, all things are pure. We'll continue.
