Nobody wants to hear about suffering, but none can do without suffering. Suffering is part of life. To suffer is to go through intense pressure created by a negative experience. Wounds become scars if allowed to heal; however wounds can also fester and consistently cause reactions if not allowed to heal.

There are 2 kinds of suffering: self-inflicted and mandatory.

Come to church this morning. Praise the Lord. This is the second half of the year twenty twenty-six. Hallelujah. Can I pinch you small? Will you be glad? Crossover night was like yesterday. Is it? That's like yesterday. Now now. This is the seventh month. So that suggests to me that time is not wasting waiting for you. Time is not waiting. So in this second half, audit your time. Look at what you spend time on. Do some time auditing. Life does not respond to wishes. Life responds to actions. You can wish as much as you like. You fail to take the right decisions and take the necessary actions towards your decision, life will still be stagnant. Hello. Look at what you have done, how you have lived your life. From January 1st to date. And mark your own script by yourself. Have I done well? And if you think you are put in your best, your best might simply not be enough. Then you need to upgrade so that your best can be better. You need to what? You need to what? To upgrade means to be more mature. To be more mature. To be mature more in the spirit. To be more mature emotionally. So that you'll be able to do what God expects you to do. Praise the Lord. Some of you, I need to pray for you that in the name of Jesus, your phone will just shut down and will not come up. So that you can get born again. Amen. Some of us, our worst enemy, is that thing we carry in our hand. Amen. Because you're allowing it to steal your time. If you walk with it, fine. If you study with it, fine. But if you are just scrolling and scrolling and scrolling, don't scroll your life away. That's why I say I won't pinch you. Praise the Lord. Is that message clear? Praise the Lord. This morning we'll be embarking on a trip, a journey into God's word. And we'll be looking at something that is hardly preached. And even in my relationship with pastors, with General Varsias, I found out many of them do not have this understanding. And that is why a lot of believers have made a shipwreck of their faith. Because when people think Christianity is just about God doing this for me, God doing that for me. When we see God as our spiritual consultant, and so oftentimes when it looks as if what we desire are not happening according to our expectations, we become tired, we become weary, and we become withdrawn. And that's why I said a lot of people have made a shipwreck of their faith. Otherwise, what will make a pastor to turn and visit a spiritualist? They that do know their God shall be what? Strong. They shall be what? Strong and do great exploit. They that do know their God. They that do know their God. They will be what? Strong. As much as you can, I will want you not to miss any of this part. As we run through it, perhaps to the end of this month. I've titled the message, The Mystery of Sufferings and Scarce. The mystery of what? You can say everywhere is quiet. But I didn't say the mystery of blessing. Nobody wants to hear about suffering. But nobody can do without suffering. Whether we have we know it or not, suffering is part of life. Irrespective of where you are planted. Irrespective of where you live. What does it mean to suffer? To suffer means to go through intense pressure created by a negative experience. Do you understand that? To go through intense pressure because of a negative experience you are going through. Listen, listen carefully to this. Whatever put a painful pressure on your body or your soul will make you suffer. Painful pressure on what? On your body. E.g., sickness. And the one that we often don't look into is whatsoever put painful pressure on your soul, on your mind, your will, and your emotion. Some people are not physically sick, they are not financially sick, but they are emotionally sick. They have all the money, but they are never happy, they are never joyful. Because there are a lot of things they are contending with that they can't process emotionally. Is that true? So suffering is whatsoever put pressure, painful pressure, on your physical body or on your soul. Please follow carefully and think deeply about what the Lord will be saying to us in the course of this teaching. And now every prolonged suffering creates wounds. Is that true? When suffering becomes prolonged, it creates wounds physically or emotionally. And that wound eventually becomes scarce. S-C-A-R-S. Scar. If allowed to heal. There are a lot of wounded people in the streets who have not allowed their wounds to heal. So easily you can touch their wound and they flare up. See, church. This is not to this is not to make you feel bad about yourself. This is to help you think and be free. If you are an angry person, any little thing, your fuse blows. Listen, it's not what people do to you that causes it. It's a state of your heart. You are wounded, and you have not been healed. So every time people touch your wound, you explode. Knowingly, unknowingly. Because that same thing they did to you, it was done to somebody. The person smiled over it. Or you scream, you shout, you want to pull the roof down. Why? You are wounded. And your wound has not been healed. And as long as the wound is there, anytime something happens that touches the wound, you react. So your husband is not your problem, your wife is not your problem. The wound is the problem. Two kinds of suffering. Today I'm just going to we are just doing introduction this morning. We are going to continue properly next Sunday. But this introduction is very important for you to understand. When it comes to sufferings, there are what? Two kinds of sufferings. Number one, self-inflicted sufferings. Self-inflicted what? These are sufferings people create for themselves. They are the author of their own suffering. They create this suffering through their lust, through greed, through pride, through disobedience or ignorance. I've seen people born into a good home. Go through things in life they have no business with. And for about four years he has been in rehabilitation center. They have been moving him from one place to the other. Don't try to belong where you are not meant to belong to. You will enjoy yourself. Can the children hear me? Mockery is not a label, it's a passing thing. They can mock you because you don't belong. Eventually, you will become their savior. Am I talking to somebody? You see, because our children has not been raised to know how to deal with mockery. Any little mockery gets to them, and they want to silence the mockers by compromising to join them. You know, there is this saying, if you can't beat them, that is a word from the pit of hell. You are meant to beat them, not through muscle, through understanding. There are a lot of people suffering today. Languishing in prison because of greed. Because of what? That was the only time in my life that okay, in Nigeria, that I found myself in police station. I wasn't born again, I was still an unbeliever then. Some people are president of police cell. President is I only like one, not some of those presidents. You understand me? And the young man, you know, as I entered, there is somebody they call O.C. torture. So I had some colleague here. As we entered, they started asking questions, and with serious lapo, I give asking you questions, but somehow, somehow, that's why I would say, even as an unbeliever, God has been showing me great mercy. So when he got to my throne, the president said, I like you. So you are come looking. Something is telling me that you are not guilty of what brought you here. I said, Exactly, sir. So he said, Yosie Torture shouldn't beat me. So at the end of the day, he said, You are going to join me in my presidential chamber. He had a whole room for himself. He alone, sleeping in that. And then the rest of people are packed in two other rooms like Sardin. He said, You will stay in Morocco overnight. So that when you go out, you won't tell people that there is nothing for sale. They easy. So if you come to the presidential chamber, you won't value. So I stayed in Morocco sincerely. It was Morocco. You sleep here, put head here, some people put leg at here. If you get up in the night, they have closed your space. So you will stand today breathing. Because I tried to wake the person saying, make it if I box your face. So I just respected myself. What am I saying? So the following day, the president took me to his chamber and asked me what happened. So I explained to him. This is where I'm going. He looked at me. He said, I wish I never did the things that I did. He said, he was a graduate. Say he had two one. He said his parents were working for him to get a job in one of the multinational companies. He said, but he was too much in a hurry. He said, so he got involved in selling weed. From weed to other drugs. And he said, like it was bringing money. So he said he didn't have time for his parents again. One day he said, Come, we are going to see somebody in the company. He said he won't go. Because it was making money. To cut long story short, he said he made enough money, rented the good apartment, furnished it, and then pursued, paid some people to help him with American visa, and he got the American visa. And the day he was to leave for America, he was arrested. Some arm robbers that used to come to his distinct to smoke, he had an issue with them. Because when he found out they were arm robbers, he told them not to come to his joint again. So when they were arrested, the vehicle, the staff, belongs to the brother of a commissioner of police. And they have sold it all. So when they say, Where did you sell the vehicle to? And I said it was to him. To leave for U.S. in the night. He was arrested in the morning. Because the commissioner of police was involved. The family couldn't do anything. As at the time I met him, he has been in detention for three years. He was in that station because his uncle happens to be the DCO of that station. So he walked his detention from the notorious, I've forgotten what they call that police cell now in one part of the Lagos. He walked it to his own station so that he could keep an eye on him. He has wasted three years because of disobedience. Because of a decision that appears to be good because it was pain. But eventually led him. Only God knows how long he stayed there. Because I was there for just one week. He was as big as this is my son, Prophet. He said, That's why, whenever any armed robber entered that cell, he said, We'll beat them until they faint. Because they were the reason why he was there. You know, I felt like telling him they are not the reason. But I couldn't tell him. Because he might give me quick notice. Listen, church. Self-inflicted sufferings are sufferings inflicted by self. That is the flesh. Proverbs chapter 14, verse 12. Proverbs 14, 12. There is a way that seems right. That seems right. That seems not seems good now. That seems right to a man. You are not just thinking that this is good for me. You think it is right for you. So not every way that seems right is right. He said there is a way that seems right to a man, but its end is the way of what? Of death. Let me rephrase it. But the end is the way of suffering. So a way can actually seem right. Because it's appealing to your flesh now. It's making sense to your carnal mind now. It appears to be good to you now. But the end of it, child of God, if it is to please your flesh, satisfy your flesh, will lead into suffering. Self-inflicted suffering. To show you the importance of that statement, it was repeated twice. In the book of Proverbs. We just read Proverbs 14:12. Check Proverbs 16, 25. Proverbs 6. You will see there is exactly the same thing. There is a way that seems right to a man, but its end is the way of death. Listen, church, how you started something is not what matters, is the end. So what am I saying? Whatsoever is from the flesh will produce suffering. John chapter 6, verse 63. John 6, 63. Jesus said, It is the spirit who gives life. It is the spirit who does what? Gives life. The flesh profits how many things? Nothing. The flesh profits how many things? Nothing. That means there's no profit in the flesh. Anything that is done out of the flesh will lead to what? Suffering. It is the spirit who gives life. The flesh profits nothing. Walking in the flesh is the pathway to self-affliction and suffering. Walking in the flesh. And I like to submit to you that that's the easiest thing to do. Walking in the flesh is very easy. It has no opposition. When I say it has no opposition, I'm saying the spirit of God in you will be against it. But you see, it won't be like when the Lord wants you to do the right thing, when you want to walk in the fruit of the spirit, and your flesh is loud against it. Flesh is loud. So, but when the flesh is acting, the Holy Spirit is a gentle spirit. He just wants to nudge you in your heart. It's easy to overlook what the Holy Spirit is saying. That's why I always tell people, whatsoever you want to do, and something is saying, do it now, do it now, do it now. It's a trap. Whatsoever is putting pressure on you to do something now, do something now. Church. Walking in the flesh will lead to suffering. Romans chapter 8, verses 5 and 6. For to be carnally minded. Okay, he said, for those who live according to the flesh, set their minds on what? On the things of the flesh. They set their minds on the things of the flesh. What matters to them is their pleasure for now. He's having their desires met for now. It's all about what makes them happy now. Hey, church, have you had this statement? Whatever makes you happy, do it. Natrap. It's okay for the world, not you. You are not called to be happy, you are called to be joyful. Because happiness depends on the happenings. God doesn't want you and I to live a life of fluctuation. Today you are on top of the moon. Tomorrow you are because the things are not happening as you expect again. Uh-uh-uh-uh. Your joy must be constant. Listen, whether you have money or not, nobody should know. Am I talking to somebody? Because you are too joyful to be pitied. For those who live according to the flesh, set their minds on the things of the flesh. They set their mind on what? On the things of the flesh. But those who live according to the spirit, the things of the spirit. Verse 6. For to be carnally minded is what? Death. That means to be carnally minded is suffering. But to be spiritually minded is life and peace. To be spiritually minded is life and peace. To be carnally minded is death. That means if you have a carnal mind, your decisions are always made based on your natural feelings. You set up yourself for suffering. You create an affliction for yourself. Listen, until you genuinely become spiritually minded, you will be the architect, the designer of your own sufferings. Until you become what? Spiritually minded. Until you become spiritually minded, you will become the architect, the designer of your own sufferings. To say this to us in love, that some of us seated here today. Some painful experience we are going through now were created by us because of the carnity of our heart, of our mind. Church. Now, somebody is against you, seems to be talking against you, fighting against you. And they said, Forgive the person. Because your fight is not against the person. He said, No. And then you quote Bible. You quote Bible that is not relevant to you. As a New Testament believer, you put your hands into the Old Testament, get something that is not relevant to you at this dispensation, or you twist somebody something from the New Testament and quote it to back up your fleshly decision. You will still suffer for it. Somebody wants to has been trusting God for husband. And he brought this. Supposed to they call them that thing. And only brother said, daughter, this one, where they look at me. I'm not sure he's born again. Boy, that is a nice person. That is a very nice person. In fact, anything I tell him, he listens to it. That I will influence him to become born again. I said, daughter, is a setup. He likes you. And so he has to deceive you. For you to fall into his trap. Two of us don't go be empty-headed at the same time. You know, get sense, I don't get sense. Why am I your spiritual father? That was the last time I saw her. She stopped coming to church. That was many years back. Until one day, mama told me, said, Daddy, we have to do something about this. Our girl. I said, which girl? Now mention her name. Show me picture. Or what do they call it? Um Facebook. What's up? She had an anointed face. She said to her that on the night of their traditional wedding, because she got pregnant. Because on the night of the traditional wedding, the guy beat, paneed her. Beat that disobedience out of her. Um a friend of mine, apostle Victor Ambrose. He will say, he would tell you, you know, here. Now you go suffer and alone. I won't be part of your suffering. That marriage ended. But she wasted five good years. The guy reduced her to absolutely nothing. Would not allow her to walk and will not give her money. That's a narcissistic human being. Just to Lord over her and control her. Because she knew that if you don't have money, you always keep coming back. You always keep coming back. Wasted five years with hard labor, thank you. Hard labor. Don't spiritualize your carnality. Be humble to admit that this does not align with the will of God as revealed in his word. Don't allow sweet mouth to set you up for suffering. Am I preaching to somebody? Are you angry with me? Even if you are angry. Thank God you don't come. Amen. When she will be dealing with me and I'll be doing like this, she said, it's a good way to verse for your owner. And can't they use legs? Say, won't kill the owner. Say you know, go be doing it. I will beat you on top. Praise the Lord. Is somebody getting something? Let's look, pick the example of one man who was a man after God's heart. Who was what? A man. You know the person I'm already talking about. Who is that? David. Second Samuel chapter 12, verse 1 to 14. 2nd Samuel chapter 12, verse 1 to 14. You see how he became the architect of his own suffering because of lust. Then the Lord, you remember what he did? Committed adultery with the wife of Uriah the Hittite. And then that one got pregnant. Uh was fighting at the war front for the nation of Israel. Then he arranged for Uriah to be killed to cover his evil deed. Now, after he has done that, successfully he has killed Uriah. Then the Lord sent Nathan to David, and he came to him and said to him, There were two men in one city, one rich and the other poor. Uh-huh. The rich man had exceedingly many flocks and herds. Verse 3. But the poor man had nothing except one little eel lamp, which he had bought and nourished. And it grew up together with him and with his children. It ate of his own food and drank from his own cup and lay in his bosom. And it was like a daughter to him. Verse 4. And the traveller came to the rich man who refused to take from his own flock and from his own herd to prepare one for the wayfaring man who had come to him. But he took the poor man's lamb and prepared it for the man who had come to him. Please, church, listen carefully. So that you see, the Bible says everything written in the scripture are written for our admonition. So David's anger was what? You know, some of us, when something happened, if it's to others, it's wrong. But if it's to us or our family, it's right. We have double standards. If it's another person's child that did something, we'll be quick to talk about it. We'll announce it abroad. They didn't train their children. But your own picking have his own under the clothes. You are not seeing it. And you are busy judging. You are judging yourself, sir. You are judging yourself, ma'am. Go back. So David's anger was greatly aroused against the man. And he said to Nathan, As the Lord lives, the man who has done this shall surely die. And he shall restore fourfold for the lamb. Because he did this thing, and because he had no pity, he had no pity. A pitiless man is accusing another person of having no pity. Then Nathan said to David, You are the man. Some of the people you are judging, even you know in the spirit the voice of, you are the woman. You are the man. Go back. I'm showing you something this morning. My prayer is that God will give you the humility of heart to learn and grow so that you won't be the one installing problems ahead of your own life. I anointed you. Okay, you are the man. Thus says the Lord God of Israel. I anointed you king over Israel, and I delivered you from the hand of Saul. Uh huh. I gave you your master's house and your Master's wives into your keeping and gave you the house of Israel and Judah, Jesus. And if that had been too little, I also will have given you much more. I also will have done what? Given you much more. Verse 9. Why have you despised the commandments of the Lord to do evil in his sight? You have killed Uriah with the sword. You have taken his wife to be your wife and have killed him with the sword of the people of Ammon. So it was not the people of Ammon that killed Uriah. David killed him with their sword. Some of you have killed people with the sword of other people. The reason why some people's lives is in a mess is because of the conspiracies you steered up against them. You know, I was telling my wife something. Send her to Mbappe. Just send her to Mbappe. Since Mbappe is now your crush. I said, I would just package you, send you to. Did you watch the match? There was a time somebody fouled Mbappe. And they and the person pushed themselves. So his teammate came and began to push the person. Mbappe just excused himself. He carried both commodities. As if he was not involved. It was his teammate that now fighting the pushing the person. And I said, which kind of human being did this? Then they fight for you, now walk away. As if you are not part of it. You cause the problem. Some of us are like that. The reason for Christ is somewhere, is you. Or you have it. Excuse yourself. It's evil, sir. What you don't know is that you are sowing something for yourself. Go back. Please, this is not to condemn you. This is to help you to see where sufferings often come from so that you can avoid it. We are blessed in Christ, but our decisions can hinder us from manifesting the blessing. Now, therefore, can you now see the next statement? Now, therefore, this word shall never depart from your house. Because you have despised me and have taken the wife of Uriah the Hittite to be your wife. Pause, don't remove that thing, leave it there. I feel this is my opinion, that the reason why he killed Uriah, he didn't feel anything, and he didn't consider Israel things because he was not a Jew. Uriah happens to be one of the inhabitants of Canaan. They were actually meant to be eliminated. But now Uriah has potted, has defected. He's now fighting for the Jews. But David still treated him like a stranger, like a hidden. Thank you. Because you see, when he was told that this is what happened, he was thinking that somebody has no pity. Meanwhile, he has just done something that showed he had no pity. Deep down in his heart, he felt justified. That's why he didn't feel anything. That you have to feel justified of something doesn't mean you are right. He can be church. There is no justified resentment. Now, therefore, the sword shall never depart from your house because you have despised me and have taken the wife of Uriah the Hittite to be your wife. Verse 11. Thus says the Lord, Behold, I will raise up what adversity against you. That means suffering. I will raise up adversity against you from your own house, and I will take your wives before your eyes and give them to your neighbor. Do you know that neighbor? His son, Absalom. Absalom slept with the wives of David, his father, on the rooftop, in the presence of the whole of the people of Israel. And I will take your wives before your eyes and give them to your neighbor. And he shall lie with your wives in the sight of this one. For you did it secretly. But I will do this thing before all Israel, before the Son. So David said to Nathan, I have sinned. Hear this, I have sinned against the Lord. And Nathan said to David, The Lord also has put away your sin. You shall not die, but you suffer the consequences of your action. The penalty of your sin should have been death, but you are forgiven. You are what? Forgiven. God has taken away your sin. But the fruits, the effects of your actions will be sin. The consequence. Verse 14. We stop there. However, because by this deed you have given great occasion to the enemies of the Lord to do what? To blaspheme. The child also who is born to you shall surely die. That was the first child. That was the first child that Bathsheba gave had for him. The pregnancy that Bathsheba had when he slept with her. That child died. Now, a lot of things happened in David's household. Listen, one of his sons raised, I mean, raped one of the daughters. And then the brother of the person that was raped was furious. And eventually looked for the right opportunity, killed his half-brother that raped sword will not depart from his. Galatians chapter 6, verses 7 and 8. Look at something very, very significant. Do not be deceived. God is not mocked. For whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap what? Corruption. But he who sows to the spirit will of the spirit reap what? Everlasting life. Let's read it from NIV. Verses 7 and 8 from NIV. Do not be deceived. God cannot be mocked. A man reaps. This is the New Testament. A man reaps what he sows. Verse 8. The one who sows to please his sinful nature, from that nature will reap destruction. The one who sows to please the spirit from the spirit will reap church. If you sow to please your flesh, you will from the flesh reap harvest of sufferings. That thing that is making you react. Why don't you be truthful? Do you know there are times we react because of our pride? There are times we react because of ego. At times we react because of envy. What is the reason for that reaction? Don't spiritualize it. Be truthful to yourself so that you won't take decision that will become the reason for sufferings tomorrow. Because if you ask, you do things only to please your flesh. The Bible says from the flesh you will reap corruption. That is suffering. You know what you are saying about someone is lie. You never saw it. They told you something, you amplified it. As if you were there. Only because you are envious. Only because of the pride of your heart. Am I talking to somebody? Listen, church, can I be truthful to you? Not all people find it easy to celebrate the rising of others. They are okay if you are small. Not every people can come to terms with the fact that you are doing better. It takes people whose hearts God has touched to genuinely rejoice with other people's greatness, with other people's progress. We, you know, there is this too much of self that people say, why not me? You dress well, they try to examine in their head, not in reality, how much you are making. She has gone to sleep with men. You appeared well, they examine you in their head. Not according to what you do. They conclude, in don't depress. Otherwise, that cloth went where. Where who dashed monkey banana? Where are you going to get them from? Am I talking to somebody? Am I offending you? Church, I'm sent to help save you from suffering. Listen, church, your old age will not be a time of suffering. Lots of people have sown a lot of seeds that are accumulating, accumulating, and they are not getting better. You see, at the end of this, I'm trusting God that I'll be able to convert this message to a book. Because it's not a message that is common. People don't talk about sufferings. At the end, no matter even if you got it wrong, that's why mercy is available. Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace so that we can obtain mercy and find grace to help. In time of need. So if you sow to please your flesh, you will from the flesh harvest sufferings. Romans chapter 7, verse 18. Paul the apostle said something spectacular which I want us to see. He said, I know. New King James, please. For I know that in me, in who? In me, that is where in my flesh nothing good dwells. So if your decisions, your actions always proceed from where nothing good dwells, you are setting yourself up for suffering tomorrow. In my flesh, nothing good dwells there. So I can't afford to live according to the flesh. The flesh will create in your future a harvest of sufferings. There are some of us seated here this morning, some of you watching online. The real battle you are facing today a harvest. Harvest of yesterday's pleasing the flesh. Harvest of yesterday, sowing into the flesh. Can you imagine? Someone is saved, is born again, and the world has even helped him. How? They wrote on the packet of the cigarettes smokers are liable to die young. You see it every time you want to smoke. They told you, they are kind to you, they warn you that your life no go long if you keep smoking. But you said, whenever I'm under pressure, it calms me down. You are talking as if you have no Holy Ghost. It calms you down. That you are now saying, show me in the Bible. Where they say, make with no smoke. God forbid, though, by mercy, I'm praying for you. But if lung cancer begins, will not also show you in the Bible. Are you getting what I'm saying? Somebody told me that. The husband said, This is where you they talk. Do you know what the pastor they do? Sorry. Sorry. Do you know when people want to be lost? They will give excuse. The dog that wants to get lost does not listen to the whistle of the hunter. Am I talking to somebody? You drink, drink, drink, drink. Your liver can't get a problem. Because alcohol is not good for your liver. Am I talking to somebody?

SPEAKER_01

Yes, sir.

SPEAKER_02

You can save yourself a lot of pain. He said, You are getting older. You are getting more mature. Minimize how you they drink coke. How you they drink. You now want to get smoke, small money, you now join bullets. Are you okay? They call something bullet. And you joyfully use your money to buy bullets and drink bullets. You didn't shoot yourself. Hello. We are in a very wicked world. One of the country I've stayed. I'm online, I don't want to before then refuse me visa the next time. Companies that produce things that are not good for health, they increase their tax. They make them pay high tax instead of closing them down. So that means the money is important to the government than the life of the people. Is that not what it means? They know that this thing hurts the people, creates cancer. But they said they are paying high tax. So don't close them down. Let the people use their sense. And if they don't get sense, no problem. Is somebody getting something here? Paul said, For I know that in me, in my flesh, nothing good dwells. Why must you allow the place where nothing goods dwell to influence your decisions and your actions? No matter how you feel today, allow self-control to prevail. There is a pain of discipline, and there is a pain of regret. It's better to go through the pain of discipline so that you can save yourself the pains of regret. How I wish, how I wish, how I wish, how. May that never be your story. So the first kind of suffering is what? Self-inflicted suffering. And then the second kind of suffering, I'll just talk a little bit about it and we I will round conclude. We continue next Sunday. That is the mandatory sufferings. The what? These are the kind of sufferings attached to your calling. You can't run away. From it. They are mandatory for the fulfillment of your assignment. In fact, the weight of your assignment will determine the degree of your suffering. The weight of your assignments will determine what? The degree of your suffering. Acts chapter 9. Verse 10 to 16. Let's use the life of Paul. When Paul was going to Damascus to continue his persecution of the church, Jesus arrested him on the way. And he became blind temporarily. So look at what happened after that. Now there was a certain disciple at Damascus named Ananias. And to him the Lord said in a vision, Ananias. And he said, Here I am, Lord. Verse 11. So the Lord said to him, Arise and go to the street called street and inquire at the house of Judas for one called Saul of Tarsus. For behold, he is praying. Verse 12. And in a vision he had seen a man named Ananias coming in and putting his hand on him, so that he might receive his sight. Verse 13. Then Ananias answered, Lord, I have heard from many about this man how much harm he has done to your saints in Jerusalem. And here he has authority from the chief priest to bind all who call on your name. Verse 15. Now listen to this. But the Lord said to him, to Ananias, Go for is what? Is a chosen vessel of mine to bear my name before Gentiles kings and the children of Israel. Hear me, church. Stop looking at your past. And don't look at the past of other people, too. Because that person whose life had been anti-gospel in the past might be a great vessel in the hands of God. This is where we miss it most of the time. We act like normal human beings. We often fail to see things through the eyes of God, through the lens of God. God used the foolish things of this world to confound the wise. The people you think are undeserving might be the people that God wants to use. Go back. This is where we are going. Can we read it together? One, two, go. For I will show him how many things he must suffer for my name's sake. That means the same kingdom you attacked ferociously and you attempted to destroy, you are going to defend the same kingdom and you will suffer many things. That was a mandatory suffering. Listen, church, you cannot achieve anything meaningful for Christ without suffering for his sake. I'll read the scripture and I will show you us quickly show us some truth about suffering when it is for Christ's sake. Then we stop there. And we continue next Sunday. Second Corinthians chapter 1. We are reading from New Living Translation. 2 Corinthians chapter 1, verse 3 to 10. Please let's read it slowly and learn from it. All praise to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. God is our merciful Father, and the source of all comforts. He comforts us in some of our troubles. Oh, are you reading with me? He comforts us in what? All our troubles so that we can comfort others. When they are troubled, we will be able to give them the same comfort God has given us. That's five. For the more we suffer for Christ, the more God will shower us with his comfort through Christ. Even when we are weighed down with troubles, it is for your comfort and salvation. For when we ourselves are comforted, we will certainly comfort you. Then you can patiently endure the same things we suffer. We are confident that as you share in our sufferings, you will also share in the comfort God gives us. Verse 8. We think you ought to know, dear brothers and sisters, about the trouble we went through in the province of Asia. We were crushed and overwhelmed beyond our ability to endure. And we thought we would never live through it. Is there anybody like that here? You will live through it. In fact, we expected to die. But as a result, can you see something? We stopped relying on ourselves and learned to rely only on God who raises the dead. Hear me, church. Don't take rejection personal. Don't take rejection what people rejected you. You try to be good to them. And you're not trying, you are good to them. You are kind, but your kindness is not appreciated. They still repay you with evil. You suffer betrayal. Listen, that's to bring you to a place of absolute reliance on God. Am I talking to somebody? To bring you to a place of what? Absolute reliance. That is my testimony. Every betrayal I've suffered has pushed me closer to him. Not to be bitter against the people who betrayed me because it won't solve my problem. He pushed me to a place where I depend wholly on him and trust him to help me beyond how much I can help myself. Are you getting something?

Yes, sir.

Past ten. And he did rescue us from water danger. He did. And he will rescue us again. We have done what? Placed our confidence in him and he will continue to. This is where we have problems as believers because we don't understand the mystery of suffering. Instead of allowing this sufferings to push us to the place of absolute reliance on God, we want to fight back. If you are fighting back, you are still relying on yourself. You are multiplying and prolonging your suffering. Because the purpose of that suffering has not been actualized. Let me show you the truths. I will quickly, because of our time, five truths. I've limited them to five. Based on this scripture we just read, five truths about mandatory sufferings that we need to understand that will help us. Praise the Lord. Do you know why you need to understand this church? So that when you are going through it, you won't be thinking, What's wrong with me? Others are sharing testimony. Why am I going through this? Please, you are not them. You are not what? Them. The truth about mandatory suffering. Number one, mandatory sufferings are a means of preparing us for the fulfillment of our divine assignment. It's a process that are meant to bring us to the place of fulfillment. Genesis chapter 45, verses 6 to 8. Let's learn from the experience of Joseph. You remember the story, Joseph's brother sold him to slavery. Is that true? And they thought he would suffer for life so that his dream will not come to pass. For these two years, the farming has been in the land. Look at what happened. And there are still five years in which there will be neither plowing nor harvesting. Verse 7. And God sent me before you. God sent me. What kind of sending is that? God sent me from peace to slavery. From slavery to prison. Yet God sent him. Please, you need to get it right, church. It is the deception of the devil to make you think that because you are serving the Lord diligently with the whole of your heart, everything should go smoothly. Uh-uh. This is what even pastors don't understand. And so when they are faced with challenges, they get discouraged. They're looking for money at all cost. They relocate. Because they don't understand there is a process that you don't have control over. Go back. And God sent me before you to preserve a posterity for you in the earth and to save your lives by a great what? By a great deliverance. Verse 8. So now it was not you who sent me here, but God. You didn't send me to Egypt. God sent me. And he has made me a father to Pharaoh and Lord of all his house and the ruler throughout all the land of Egypt. The words of God are passing in church. It is beyond what you can calculate with your natural mind. The workings of God will not follow your natural calculations. Am I talking to somebody? That is why you need to know the Lord God that you serve. In 2 Corinthians chapter 1, verse 4, from that new living translation, the Bible says he comforts us in all our trouble. In that level, he comforts us in all our troubles so that we can do what? Comfort others. When they are troubled, we will be able to give them the same comfort God has given us. The reason why many of us are not kind is because we have not received kindness before. Those who have not received kindness are never kind. That's why many people raised in a very comfortable home cannot identify with the pains of other people. Because everything they need, they receive. Whatsoever they need. There is a father, there is a mother. Give it to them. Parent doesn't want them to suffer. So those people will never easily identify with the sufferings of others because they don't know what it means to suffer. When you see people who genuinely identify, not to use them more, there are some philanthropists who are doing their philanthropical work for one reason to get funding. To get funding so that the church plenty and distribute small. Give everything. If there is no need to contribute, won't you have money in your purse? Stop that. I'm hearing it for the first time, and it will not continue. What you don't know is that you are stealing from them. Because the people that gave, gave with the heart we are giving to this person. Is somebody learning? That is why they do talk in public. Go to court. Go to court. Like court. Okay. And I'm the judge. Beautiful. Praise the Lord. So the first truth about mandatory suffering is that there are means of preparing us for the fulfillment of our divine assignment. There's your calling at times demands that you go through. We are still going to take this thing one after the other and thrash them out from the word. That you see that even the life of Jesus required that he pass through suffering so that he could enter his glory. If you are afraid of going through suffering, you are not prepared for glory. Number two. The more we go through suffering for Christ, the more we are drawn into the place of intimacy with God. That is if you have understanding, no. Because some of us we just keep going around the circle. Because you are not passing your test. You are going through things. Things that should push you into the place of absolute dependency on God. Instead of depending on God, you are fighting people. Somebody told, look at you, he said, from today I'm done about your life. Anything that concerns you, I will never contribute. And you are now angry. It's because you don't know who you are. You are supposed to go back to the one who made you, the one who created you. Am I talking to somebody? The one who says, I will never leave you nor forsake you. The one who says, I will be with you even to the uttermost part of the earth. Go back to that one and let your prayer life become better for it. Are you getting something? In that Second Corinthians chapter 1, verse 5, from NLT, for as the sufferings, for the more we suffer for Christ, the more God will shower us with his comfort through Christ. The more we suffer for Christ, the more God will shower us with his comfort. What does it mean to suffer for Christ? You took decision based on this word, and it's not popular. And people are against you. And you know that this is what God asks you to do. This is a step God asks you to take. And you are not violating any scripture. That is suffering. You are in an office, everybody is stealing. You refuse to. And they are conspiring against you to the extent that they uprooted you. I know someone. He retired as a commissioner of police in this country. The person he brought to join the police when he was already a senior officer became an IG. Do you know his problem? In those days, this is not a story. I know him personally. Personally, I have his number. We have traveled from Lagos to Ibadon as a very senior officer. And he was not in uniform. Police stopped us and they were asking foolish questions. And we're expecting him to just tell them that he's I think then he was um chief superintendent of police as of then. I said that he was chief superintendent. So that and this is a sergeant and the inspector delaying us. He said, let them do their job. It was when they now started misbehaving. They saw British passport and Nigerian passport in the hands of his cousin that came from UK and said, and they look at as you are a criminal. And he told them that Nigerian constitution permits that you have a dual citizenship. So you can have both the British passport. Say, no, shut up. Are you going to teach us our work? So the one said, if you talk, I will slap you. That was when he grabbed that one trouser. Use the trouser to listen. Says, you an idiot. You are the people disgracing the force. And dragging him to their van. And the inspector sitting there. He grabbed that one. He has not introduced himself, but everybody decided, Sean, Sean. Because they knew that a bloody civilian will not have the courage to do that. Say, which station did you come from? How long? But don't express way. Say, I'm going to see your DPO now. You must be disciplined. They beg and beg. He said, This is the last time you should do such a thing. Now, this man. He needs all the places where he ever um uh served as a DPO, you won't pay to bail anybody. And his number was always on the distance. If anybody asked you for money, call me. This man I can testify that he was upright. So when they will tell him to remit money to the states, he would say, from where, sir? So at the time they bundled him, they sent him to Shokutu in one police post that an inspector was supposed to head. They abandoned him there. But he was happy. To call a long story, when that man retired, the kind of honor he got, everyone he has helped showed up. He was blessed with hundreds of millions, with brand new vehicles, buildings. He looked as if he suffered, he look as if he got the harvest for his good works, and all his children are doing very, very great. Very, very great. Today he's retired, his life is a very peaceful one. Nobody is pursuing him up and down. Please church. So for tomorrow. So for posterity, not just because of what you need now. So the scripture we read, quickly go back. For the more we suffer for Christ, the more God will shower us with his comfort through Christ. This word comforts in NLC, go back to New King James. It's new King New King James called it consolation. The Greek word translated to disconsolation or comfort actually means to call near. To do what? To call near. It means to invite. It means to desire. So when the Bible says, go back to that place. For as the suffering of Christ abounds in us, that is, the more we suffer for him, so our consolation also abounds. So we are drawn closer to him. The more we suffer for his name's sake, the more we become a partaker of his holiness. The more we are drawn closer to him, the more we become, the more God desires you. Am I talking to somebody? We are all children of God. We are all in Christ. But our level of intimacy with him are not the same. And that is what makes the difference in our lives. That's why the level of power we walk in will never be the same. Am I talking to somebody? The level of power available to you will be determined by the kind of intimacy you have with him. Not necessarily about how long you pray. Because some of us we just pray for power, but we have no intimate relationship with God. Every time we go to God, oh Lord, do this, oh Lord, do that, oh Lord, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah, it's all about what he can do for you. It's all about him using you because you want to be popular. What's the motive behind your prayer? Is it selfishness? You can't compare that to those who walk intimately with him, relating with him as their father, depending wholly on him for everything. They have not allowed money to be cloud their spiritual sense of judgment. Am I talking to somebody here? Listen, you may appear weak when going through sufferings for Christ's sake, but that but that is when the presence and the power of God becomes more tangible and feelable in your life. Am I talking to somebody? Church? How much money you have is not what determines how much of God you have. We have unfortunately reduced God to how much material things. Gain is not godliness. Am I talking to somebody? It's not about how much money you have, it's not about how much connection you have. The material things we boast of, unbelievers have much more. But there is a power realm. A power realm that is reserved for those who are intimate with him. Am I talking to somebody? You have access to information, you have access to dimensions of God that not everybody can have. Am I talking to somebody? I don't know if I'm blessing anybody this morning. When we begin to deal with them, we'll when you get home, read 2 Corinthians chapter 12, verse 7 to 10. The sufferings of Paul when he was buffeted continually. Give me verses 9 and 10 to save our time. Quickly, quickly, quickly. And he said to me, My grace is sufficient for you, for my strength is made perfect in what? In weakness. Therefore, most gladly, I will rather boast in my infirmities, in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ. When people think you are weak, that's when you are strong in the Lord. When people look down on you and you depend on Him, that is when you become truly strong in the Lord. Verse 10. Therefore, I take pleasure in infirmities, in weaknesses, in reproaches, in needs, in persecutions, in distresses. For whose sake? For Christ's sake. For when I am weak, then I am strong. God's ways are past finding. Stop calculating God as if He's a man. Praise the Lord. Number three, truths about mandatory suffering. Number three, every suffering we go through for Christ's sake, ultimate, ultimately make us become a blessing to others. Every suffering we go through for Christ's sake, ultimately make us become a blessing to others. 1 Corinthians 6, chapter 1, verses 6 and 7 from NOT. 2 Corinthians chapter 1, 2 Corinthians chapter 1, verse 6 through 7. Quickly. Even when we are weighed down with troubles, it is for your comfort and salvation. For when we ourselves are comforted, we will certainly. Even when we are way down with troubles, it is for your comfort and what salvation. For when we ourselves are comforted, we will certainly comfort you. Then you can patiently endure the same things we suffer. That's what the Bible says. Allow your pastor to do his work well. Don't let him do it with grief because it will not be profitable to you. It will not be every sorrow you make your pastor go through is a minus to you. Is what a minus to you because it causes a disconnection. See, not too many Christians understand this, and not too many pastors know it. A lot of people can preach, but they lack the foundational knowledge of the workings of God. That's why lots of people who became born again eventually always find their way back to the world because they are disappointed. No foundation, no strong foundation. Because until you understand the mystery of suffering, your Christianity will never be sound. Praise the Lord. In Philippians chapter 1, verse 12 to 14. The imprisonment of Paul helped many other believers to become bold to speak God's word. That is a mystery. But I want you to know, brethren, that the things which happened to me. NIV. Give me from NIV for better understanding. Now I want you to know, brothers, that what has happened to me has really served to advance the gospel. As a result, it has become clear throughout the whole palace guard and to everyone else that I am in chains for Christ. Because of my chains, most of the brothers in the Lord have been encouraged to speak the word of God more courageously and church. What I went through between 2021, January, and 2023. That makes some people despise me. That makes some people think God don't leave him. Is the reason why lots of people are drawn to me, especially pastors. A pastor asks me, sir, how did you survive it? I said, God helped me. He said, I need that God to help me too. Let me be close to you. I need to be a partaker of your grace. And that day, I was making young girl. I said, I'm done with people. Especially pastors. As I know they disturbed myself. I will spend my time, my resources to help them stabilize in ministry. When they are okay. And from different states. That's why when I sit down, if I that's why when you call me, my phone is switched off. It's because of the numerous calls that comes in. People want, especially men of God. And I know that for every man of God you are able to impact, multitudes of people are being impacted. So what looks like pain has become a blessing. But it's working. How do you explain that? Paul was in prison, and that was the reason why a lot of people became why didn't they say? And he called himself a man of God. Why can't God deliver him from prison? Yes, there are people who will talk like that, but there are also many people who became bold. That's the mystery of suffering. Number four. Our suffering for Christ's sake are not for our shame, and they are not for our destruction. 2 Corinthians chapter 1, verse 8 to 10, from NLT. Oh Jesus. We think you ought to know, dear brothers and sisters, about the trouble we went through in the province of Asia. We were crushed and overwhelmed beyond what? Our ability to endure. And we thought we would never live through it. Is there anybody going through that phase? In the name of Jesus, what is meant to bring shame and destruction will become the reason why you'll be celebrated. If your amen is strong, the grace to make it happen rests upon you now. In the name of Jesus, you become the reason why many people are strengthened. You become the reason why many people are standing. You become the reason why many people are making progress in the name of Jesus. Verse 9. Verse 9. In fact, we expected to die. What will make a man like Paul wanting to die wasn't an easy thing. But as a result, we stopped relying on ourselves and learned to do what? Rely only on God who raises the dead. So that means everything might look as if it's dying. But I'm relying on the one who raises the dead. So things won't die. Things will not die. Things won't die in your life. No, it's not going down. The very many-sided wisdom of God is at work. The wisdom of God that human beings cannot understand. Am I talking to somebody? There are some people who will forsake you today who will regret it tomorrow. Am I talking to somebody? There are people who will reject you today who will regret it tomorrow. Because they think you are dead, they think you have come to the end of your journey, but the Lord will prove them wrong. I said the Lord is proving them wrong. Your situation is coming back to life. You are coming back to life. There is a revival going on in your life. The difficult becomes easy for you. The impossible becomes possible for you. Now in the name of Jesus, you will not go down for your enemies to rejoice. You will not go down for the wicked to celebrate.

SPEAKER_01

In the name of Jesus. What the enemy meant for evil is working together for your good.

SPEAKER_02

In the mighty name of Jesus. Whatever you are going through will end in praise. It will end in praise. It will end in praise. It will not end in shame. In the mighty name of Jesus. If you believe it, receive it now. Go back to where we are reading quickly. Thank you, Jesus. And he did rescue us from mortal danger, and he will rescue us again. He did rescue us and he will rescue us again. If he has rescued you before, he will rescue you again. I say we rescue you again. In the name of Jesus, that matter will not end in shame. That matter will not end in shame. That matter will not end in shame. That matter in your life will not end in disgrace. In the mighty name of Jesus. No one born of a woman will ever be able to put their hands on their waist, saying she be a tell you say I go deal with you. It will not work for them. I said it will not work for them. In the name of Jesus, because there is no counsel against the Lord, no wisdom, no understanding, no counsel against the Lord. Whatever they are put together to frustrate your life, in the name of Jesus, it will not work for them. I said it will not work for them. In the name of Jesus. Every suffering will be rewarded. Hebrews chapter 10, verse 32 to 35 from NLT. Quickly, so that I can mention the last thing, and we pray. I've already taken too much time. Think back on those early days when you first learned about Christ. Remember how you remained faithful, even though it meant terrible suffering. Faithfulness at times can make you suffer. Sometimes you are exposed to public ridicule and were beaten. And sometimes you helped others who are suffering the same things. Look at verse 34. You suffered along with those who were thrown into jail. And when all you owned was taken from you, you accepted it with joy. Abba. You knew there were better things waiting for you that will last forever. Whatever you think I lost or I'm losing when I'm suffering for Christ, it's not permanent. That loss is not permanent. That's why it's not a loss. It's not a loss. Look at the next verse. Look at the next verse. Look at the next verse. So do not throw away this confident trust in the Lord. Do not throw away this confident trust in the Lord. Remember the great reward it brings you. There is a great reward coming your way. Verse 36. Then we stop there. Patient endurance is what you need now. Let me tell your neighbor. You are going through anything. For Christ's sake, patient endurance is what you need now. So that you will continue to do God's will. That means if you are no longer patient with God, you will deviate from his will. For you to continue to do God's will, you need patient endurance. Go back. Then you will receive all that he has promised. You will receive all in Jesus' name. Finally, the fifth point, the truth about mandatory suffering. Number five, due to the necessity of mandatory suffering, you will be led into it even if you don't desire it. Because it's mandatory. You pray against suffering, but it will see come not to destroy you, not to shameify you. To launch you into the higher dimension of God that you need. Deuteronomy chapter 8, verse 2 to 3, in closing. Deuteronomy chapter 8, verse 2 to 3. And you shall remember that the Lord your God led you, He led you all the way these 40 years in the wilderness to humble you and test you, to know what was in your heart, whether you will keep his commandments or not. Verse 3. So he did what? Humbled you, allowed you to hunger, and fed you with manner which you did not know, nor did your fathers know. That he might make you know that man shall not live by bread alone, but man lives by every word that proceeds from the mouth of the Lord. So it's not all the time God will give you the breakthrough you desire. Or it will sustain you in the midst of your wilderness. Things are tough, but somehow you are surviving. You can't explain it. When it looks as if everything is about to collapse, hell comes. It might not be in the dimension you want it, but that means you are going through a process. Am I talking to somebody? Oh Lord, where would the nice meal come from? It might not be the kind of food you want. Listen, I believe this. I stand on it. I'm persuaded of it that whatsoever issue you came with in the church this morning, no matter how terrible they appear to be, in the name of Jesus, it will not end your life. It will not result in shame. It will not result into disgrace. It will not end your physical life on earth. In the name of Jesus. Exodus 13, verse 18 to 22. Read it when you get home. Exodus 13, verse 18 to 22. God was leading them with a pillar of cloud in the day and a pillar of fire. He was leading them around the wilderness and they are not getting anywhere. Yes, God was leading them. Why? He was preparing them for Canaan land. He wanted Egypt to be removed from them. So that the slave mindset they had in Canaan land, I mean sorry, in Egypt, who end in the wilderness. And then they will be in the position to take charge of Canaan land the way God wanted it. Remember when they got to border before they crossed into Canaan land, manna ceased. Mana was for the wilderness. Unique creativity in Canaan land. When they were in Egypt, their master had to dictate everything for them. But they will be going into Canaan land where they would be the one to determine what to do, how to do it. So God wanted the slave mindset to be removed from them. If you find yourself too dependent on people, that is called slave mindset. Because you think it's people that will do it. That's why when God is working on you, He will allow people to fail you. Some of them didn't want to fail you. They will just find out that when they decided to do things for you, things become difficult for them, too. They can't do it because God wants to work on you, He wants to bring you to a place where you will rest on Him, trust in Him, and allow Him to be your provider and everything, so that when you arrive at your destination, no human being will take the glory. Am I talking to somebody? And you also will be able to stand and say, These are the doings of the Lord, and they are marvelous in my sight. You'll be able to give all the glory to Him alone. Am I talking to somebody? These are the mysteries of suffering. Mandatory suffering. You can't judge it, I can't judge it. Some of you are raised to be financial giants, but you are not aware. You are just trying to survive. Am I talking to somebody? God is saying, I'm taking you through this process to make you become dependent on me. And that is why, in the midst of you don't have money, He's placing demand on you to give money. Can I say something to you? It is when I didn't have or I don't have much that God will put in my heart to give much. And I wouldn't even know where it will come from. But it will always come. When I submit to Him, I can see that God is removing my confidence from money. Putting my confidence in Him. Am I talking to somebody? Many of us need repentance. This service is for repentance. Have I been dependent on myself? Have I been dependent on people? Have I been living all my life making my decision in the flesh? Decisions based on my emotions. Has my life been all about how I feel per time? I don't feel like doing this. No, your life is too precious to be lived based on feelings. Feeling comes, feeling goes. It is the truth of God's word that stands forever. You might feel like slapping your wife or feel like insulting your husband. Leave that feeling. Submit to God's word. They might not be making sense to you, but perhaps God has allowed them to be around you to brush you off. I'm not talking about women who are nonquelistic. That's my personal English. Or some women who are nonqualistic. I don't know that many, and I'm not going to interpret it. Some human beings, God have mercy on me, forgive me. They are meant to be tied down like because of the wickedness of their hearts. Nobody will push us to do things that are not God. Am I talking to somebody? With God on your side, promise, you will overcome everything. You will overcome anything. So whatsoever has happened, all the sufferings, all the rejections, all the name callings. Push it out of your mind. Let those things push you closer to God. Praise the Lord. Napoleon, again, your time. I wanted to ask you, Lord. And the wife died for him. This boy. You are a boy. I'm not going to call you man this morning. Now my mind only calm down. I said, Juliet, what do you have for mine? Say, what you are going to do with this boy? Say, now as I did do with Larry and the boys, that's what I go do. You almost made me cry you. No. Don't carry my distinct. I wanted to I've told myself I see him and I will order him out. Let him be a member in the church. Oh, as I talk, my mind don't go back. You know, let me tell you something. It's not what people did, it's who did it. What he did, somebody, many would have done it. It doesn't matter. But this one, my son. In fact, if I've seen you two weeks ago, the beating will forgive you. The beating will forgive you. Everybody don't beg for you. Oh yeah, come, come and hug me. I say hug me, I don't say make your neighbor. You see, in don't spiritualize the thing. It's okay. Praise the Lord. It don't finish. Let's rise up. If I didn't do this, I don't know what I'm gonna do when I get to office. And after I don't preach like this, make a con the verse for inside office. Because I want to ask some of you to repent. So I have to repent first. I have to repent first. So praise the Lord. If I'm asking you to repent, I may have the verse for somebody. Then they walk no day. Okay. Praise the Lord. God bless you, Napoleon.

God bless you. You know, I've told you, if I'm not happy with you, I'm not savvy hiding. Especially when I consider you as my own. Thank you, Jesus. Are you blessed this morning? Are you persuaded that even if there is suffering, it's not meant to end you? It's a process. And then in any way you have used your hand to create a suffering for yourself. Mercy is available now. That suffering created by you expires in your life now. It loses his power over your life. It loses his power over all your fears in the name of Jesus. Can you genuinely ask the Lord that, Father, I'm sorry? I've taken you for granted. I've taken a lot of decisions without considering you. I've acted in my flesh as if I have no heavenly father.
