year?"},{"startTime":134.729,"endTime":134.989,"body":"I don't."},{"startTime":134.989,"endTime":139.339,"body":"So the USPSTF gave guidelines"},{"startTime":134.989,"endTime":139.339,"body":"on this and actually recently"},{"startTime":139.339,"endTime":144.699,"body":"changed a little bit, but 50 to"},{"startTime":139.339,"endTime":144.699,"body":"80 years of age is the go"},{"startTime":560.699,"endTime":564.559,"body":"to a biopsy, but I think that this"},{"startTime":564.569,"endTime":568.359,"body":"person fits more of that intermediate"},{"startTime":564.569,"endTime":568.359,"body":"risk and I don't want to put them"},{"startTime":568.359,"endTime":571.939,"body":"in a need to get a procedure that's"},{"startTime":568.359,"endTime":571.939,"body":"not necessary and put them at risk."},{"startTime":572.129,"endTime":573.729,"body":"So I'm going to do a PET
