Let's talk a little bit about staying calm. And how do you stay calm? You know, I think it's really hard sometimes because our industry we have so many moving pieces and parts to it and deals go sideways. Inspections are crabby. Appraisals don't come in. You're dealing with agents on the other side of a transaction that just may not be easy to deal with. I've been there for sure. One of the worst transaction ever had in my career was in January on, and I had to close in February 1 horrible. I mean, just it happened, and, uh, we got through it. But it's like, terrible, um, so it does happen. So here are a few things that you could do to stay calm and one of things that I've been doing more Morris listening Thio some meditations and getting my mindset in the right place each day. So I'm staying more focused on the positive and communist side of things. Some breathing, right, so meditation, yoga, prayer, fitness, hobbies. Getting a good night's sleep super important, by the way, do not underrate getting a good night's sleep. Um, taking depress breathing in. I'm breathing out right playing music that you find to be calming. It's one of things I love about Alexa is You can put your playlist on and there's a meditation. Um, platform on here Now that I tapped into Onda. Of course, you may have your own way of relaxing like I love playing with my dogs. You know, I talked about my dogs all the time and I post pictures of them, but that was my mini schnauzers. Brody is my yellow lab, and I love them and they call me Rate down. So just remember, commas a superpower I know it's super super hard, um, to stay common our business. I did ask some folks on my instagram handle how they stay calm. And of course, someone said yoga for sure in just breathing and, you know, meditating. It was interesting how many people are meditating, which I thought was really cool. Um, and not always like jumping at a problem like sitting back and just kind of thinking through it. So I hope this episode of today's substantial saw sesh helps view to stay a little calm.
