No Second Class Citizens
Throughout the history of humanity, women have been treated as second-class citizens. We have been seen as minorities, despite representing 50% of the world's population, and when it comes to leadership, we have consistently been underrepresented. This situation leads to our needs being sidelined. That is why, in this podcast, I want to place women where we rightfully belong: as first-class citizens.
