In this episode, James and Dan identify the key investments they believe would most positively impact youth engagement in fitness. 

Episode #4 was an overview of the 8 investment identified by ISPAH (International Society for Physical Activity & Health) to reduce physical inactivity. 

At the conclusion of the episode, Dan set himself the task the see if he could refine the list to just three and connect these new investments to the goal of making fitness a daily practice for youth.
