In this episode James and Dan explore the current beliefs inside the health and fitness industry and how those beliefs are preventing the youth from being active for life.

Fitness can't be used just as a tool to improve athletic performance or a fix to a bad lifestyle. It must be a daily practice done for you, because has positive effects that ripple into every part of your life.

James and Dan explore the concept of belief as well as some helpful strategies that parents, policy makers and professionals can use to help seed belief in their, kids, students or institutions.

The mission of the Fitness in Youth podcast is to;
