The Pause

Church! We will miss you all this weekend. Please know that our desire is always to gather in person with the saints on the Lord’s Day. That being said, with our school’s closure, I believe there is a grace in this moment (isn’t there always?). I’d love to invite you today to join with my family in some worship:

1. Sing with us from these songs of worship (insert playlist link).
2. Listen to “The Pause”. 
3. Discuss or reflect on these prompts:
   1. Give thanks to God for this day of rest.
   2. Make a list of all the different things that contribute to wound-up-ness in your life.
   3. How can you cultivate practices of “pause”?
4. Conclude with a time of prayer for you/your family, our church, and our region. 
5. Pray the Lord’s Prayer and sing the Doxology.

May the peace of God guard you, now and always, in Christ Jesus!
