Welcome to SIT AROUND THE FIRE - here is the first episode, a solo one by Robbie Paterson.

Robbie tells the story of a meditation retreat experience from October 2022 at 'Open Sky House' in Germany.

Robbie also touches on a few modern-day misconceptions and stereotypes of meditation, explaining meditation isn't about blocking out thoughts or clearing your mind. That is an unrealistic and false idea about meditation. With that understanding, meditation can be enjoyable and easy, offering life changing insights and benefits. Twice a day for 20 minutes, you can allow your brain and nervous system to get a deep rest, purging out layers of stress, and allowing the true you to shine forth!
