You may have seen today's guest on Tik Tok, Instagram, or YouTube because she's a sensation on social media. She's an OB/GYN who specializes in treating menopausal and perimenopausal women.  I'm thrilled to have Dr. Mary Claire Haver on the show today.

When we are seeking to maximize our performance, why don’t we have real conversations about physical health and changes?
