
Dr. Cynthia Rapaido
Dr. Cynthia Rapaido is a veteran educator and leader with over 30 years of K–12 experience as a teacher, assistant principal, and principal in California. She holds an Ed.D. in International and Multicultural Education and an M.A. in Educational Administration from the University of San Francisco, and a B.S. in Biology from San Diego State University. Dr. Rapaido mentors future educators as a faculty lecturer, dissertation advisor, and leadership coach at UC Berkeley, USF, and CSU East Bay. Her research interests include educational leadership, school climate, diversity sensitivity, and social justice. An award-winning leader, she was named one of FWN’s “100 Most Influential Filipina Women” and is the author of Step Up Your School Leadership Game.
