I'm back after a short hiatus due in part to an existential crisis (as per) and this week we are talking about goal setting. There are just 4 months left of 2023 so its the perfect time for us to revisit the goals we set ourselves this year and replan and refocus so we can make sure we use the remainder of the year to get us closer to achieving that goal, whatever it may be!
In this episode I will talk you through the 5 steps I follow when I am planning how to achieve a specific goal. These steps will make things so easy and give you a literal step by step guide on how to smash your goal. Who doesn't want that!
