Shay Cook
Shay is the CEO & Founder of Crusaders for Change® (C4C), LLC, a mission-driven organization she launched in 2016. A dedicated military spouse and former high-level civil servant, Shay has built her career on the pillars of servant leadership. With a Master’s in Psychology, she uniquely addresses the behavioral and emotional roots of financial health through C4C’s signature Financial Wellness Programs and Community Financial Empowerment Series®.
An Accredited Financial Counselor® and Financial Fitness Coach®, Shay has over two decades of professional experience. She merges faith and humor with finance as the host of Yahweh’s Money® Podcast and through the Tickle My Money Bone!® comedy & financial empowerment event. A highly decorated leader, Shay is the recipient of the 2026 MLK Drum Major Award, 2026 Enterprising Women of the Year Champion, and led C4C to be named the 2025 Central MD Chamber Women-Owned Business of the Year.
