A little patriotic talk about how we got here.  Those 58 men who signed the Declaration of Independence in 1776 and the millions of people trying to get into this country as a result of what they created.

It's time that we recognize how we got here and that we owe those 58 men and the thousands of men and women who sacrificed in various wars to keep us safe and protect the idea that was started in the 1700s.

The Mississippi Gulf Coast has many Independence Day events, most cities and many non-profits join in to provide fireworks, music, and fun.
