Many Babyboomers and successful Gen Xers are concerned that their adult children will not be prepared for retirement.  The last thing that they want is for their adult children to receive a large inheritance and squander it.

This podcast explores creating a living trust that will become a retirement program for your adult children after you pass.  Rather than all of your assets being distributed at your passing, they are held in a trust until your children are of retirement age.
