excited to continue it I think I'd like to begin by just sharing a little bit of my birth story if that's okay just to help kind of begin Where it All Began my Midwife was like well I've delivered some twins but not a lot so I don't like okay that doesn't sound super comforting."},{"startTime":886.753,"endTime":890.924,"body":"So I ended up switching to an OBGYN at a hospital."},{"startTime":891.425,"endTime":900.178,"body":"Who I know very well and super easy pregnancy was squatting around walking like really it was occurs in the body."},{"startTime":928.577,"endTime":940.58,"body":"So I went in on Monday morning for an ultrasound that Monday night I had a C-section and it was yeah it was chaos to the max"},{"startTime":940.424,"endTime":948.565,"body":"my son was put on intravenous antibiotics for a week straight from birth I wasn't able to breastfeed him right away,"},{"startTime":948.662,"endTime":960.844,"body":"it was you know we were in the hospital for a week it was you know and I also want to honor that I know many other parents have much more challenges that than that with their with their birthing experience but."},{"startTime":961.301,"endTime":968.019,"body":"It felt really challenging for us so finally went home after I think it was five or six nights then."},{"startTime":968.791,"endTime":982.405,"body":"You know the first night it was okay and I was like oh this is so much better than the hospital like we got this and then the this"},{"startTime":988.226,"endTime":1001.013,"body":"so really struggled through the first three months and then it came to a point where my husband was like you need to do something or I'm gonna like only a few months and then you know found my way but my you know went off of it and you know."},{"startTime":1023.866,"endTime":1034.951,"body":"That was that and it helped me a lot but my all postpartum"},{"startTime":1037.901,"endTime":1050.921,"body":"I constantly felt completely alone even when I was in a room full of people who are tending to me and talking to me and caring for me I that I didn't have Sacred Space I didn't have ceremony I didn't come into all of that until my twins are about to when I first started going to ceremony and and learning from think"},{"startTime":1248.284,"endTime":1262.591,"body":"for me a lot of the overwhelming intensity was that I hadn't found that yet you know not only did I not have the village constantly surrounding Passage."},{"startTime":1268.476,"endTime":1277.337,"body":"I didn't have a conscious experience of that was that that way you know and I think if I often think about if I
