The Society was made up both skeptics and believers in the paranormal and conducted research into various areas in an attempt to prove whether such phenomenae were real or not.

This episode is a second dip into Hereward Carrington's book "Phantasms of the Dead". While all of the stories told so far in this podcast have been interesting, or at least the methods of investigation into them have been interesting, the stories in this episode are the scariest to date. Who does not like a good mummy story, anyway?
