Does it really matter? Sometimes we get caught up in the small stuff — a garage door, a haircut, a comment — and forget what truly does.

Recently, I realized grief teaches us to let go faster — to stop majoring in the minors. Life’s fragility becomes clear when you see how quickly small hurts or inconveniences fade away.
It’s about choosing where to focus — investing your time and energy in what’s truly sacred, like health, presence with loved ones, and self-care.
Because in the end, the only things that really matter are the people we love and the moments we cherish.
