What is the role of trust in today's workplaces? And how does trust relate to different gender roles?

In this month's episode Angela Fusaro speaks with Akanksha Lohmore - a PhD researcher who is currently investigating the topic of organizational trust in female leadership. Akanksha worked in the area of diversity and inclusion in academic institutions and currently works as a university lecturer in corporate communication at the University of Amsterdam.

Next to her current research project, Akanksha also tells us about her own career journey within academia and about the women who have inspired her to come to where she is now.
