Before you listen, what you need to know about my friend Kathleen is that she is unstoppable. When I listen to her talk about her diagnosing with Rheumatoid arthritis
and the choice she made to keep herself going, I'm reminded that we all have to make a decision about the challenges in our own lives.

Are we going to move forward or break down?
