At some point, many of us stop trying new things—not because we don't want to, but because we've become uncomfortable with being beginners.

In this solo episode, I reflect on why we're so afraid to look inexperienced, make mistakes, or fail in front of other people. We talk about how pride, comparison, and the pressure to have everything figured out can quietly keep us from growing. Whether it's starting a new career, learning a new skill, or simply stepping outside your comfort zone, being "bad" at something is often the first step toward becoming great at it.

Growth isn't about getting everything right the first time—it's about being willing to start anyway.
