Paige Knowles, aka Plumber Paige is in the studio this week and we are so happy to hear from the voice of our target audience! Paige touches on how she came into the trades, but the bulk of the show is us wanting to learn about what's driving young adults today and how we can provide the permission structure for them to explore a life in the trades.
