Inside The Trades seeks to find the answers on closing the talent gap and making the skilled trades an attractive destination for the next generation.We see the solution to this problem sits with the youth of today and helping them learn how the skilled trades are a pathway to a lucrative career. We talk with community and business leaders and hear their stories about the education, innovations and technology they're using today to build fulfilling careers. Paige Knowles, aka Plumber Paige is in the studio this week and we are so happy to hear from the voice of our target audience! Paige touches on how she came into the trades, but the bulk of the show is us wanting to learn about what's driving young adults today and how we can provide the permission structure for them to explore a life in the trades. Paige does an absolutely wonderful job shedding light on the matter and we hope you can take some valuable tips from her.
