Tridel Selected To Take Over The One Residences at 1 Bloor West in Toronto

As was announced on December 11th 2024, Tridel has been selected to take over the development of the condo community known as The One Residences at 1 Bloor Street West on the southwest corner of Bloor Street West and Yonge Street in Toronto, replacing Mizrahi Developments, which initially led the project. The One is slated to become the tallest residential building in Canada, featuring 416 luxury condominiums alongside retail and hotel spaces. The project’s architecture, designed by the renowned Foster + Partners, integrates advanced design elements such as a bronze exoskeleton and floor-to-ceiling glass walls for panoramic city views.
