Dap is the CFO & COO of Nirvana Soul Coffee Purveyors. Dap is also a self-taught Chef who is also known as the Waffle Master!

Nirvana Soul is a family business through and through. I was fortunate enough to sit down and talk with Dap and his wife Be'Anka about their origins with food growing up, the history of Nirvana Soul and everything that they offer from coffee, tea and waffles.
