Welcome to Full Cow, a podcast about leather kink and BDSM. My name is Edge, my pronouns are he, him, and I'm your host. And this is another interlude the episode between episodes offered raw and unedited, but with Langlitz, leather creaking, and I have finally placed an order for my custom Chastity device. This is the culmination of a very long journey. If you've not listened to the Chastity Interlude or the Chastity episode, I recommend those to you. In fact, the Chastity episode is the most popular episode of this podcast and has since inspired a class I like to teach on chastity. So for a long time I've been really exploring chastity and thinking about a device that would allow me to do some more long-term exploration. And don't get me wrong, the Cobra by Kink3D is a wonderful device, but I could pull out of it if I wanted to. So I was looking for something that had the same level of comfort, something that could be highly customized and something that could secure to a piercing, and so I would not be able to pull out. I did, of course, explore Steelworks, which is sort of the premier maker of custom chastity devices, at least in the ball capture area. There's a whole nother set of premier makers when it comes to belts and their prices are significant, which isn't in itself a deterrent. But most of their models, their base models, secure with a PA and I have a frenum piercing. So that was one thing. The second thing is most of their base models are stainless steel. They do have titanium. That ups the price even more, and I wanted something fairly lightweight and I just I didn't mind making the investment in something as exquisite as a steelworks. But I wasn't quite sure how long or how far this chastity journey would go. So I've done significant research on lots and lots of devices and what I finally went with was the Orion by Evotion. I love that they call themselves Evotion because it is devotion without the D and I think that is so beautifully clever. The devices by Evotion, much like the Cobra Cage by Kink3D, are 3D printed and that means they are plastic, that means they're lightweight. But unlike Kink3D, the Orion is primarily a custom device. There is a sort of standard one you can get if you'd like, but I went for the custom route. It's not cheap but it is not as expensive as the Steelworks and really, depending on how much you know kind of playing around you have to do to get the right sizing on a Cobra cage, it's not a significant difference in price. I didn't think.
Speaker 1:The other thing that I really liked about Evotion is that they use security screws. So instead of using a lock and I think I've spoiled this before, but the little tiny integrated lock on a Cobra cage is keyed universally. So I mean anyone who's got a Cobra cage you go to your friend and they can unlock your Cobra cage because it's all the same key. Security screws have a very specific shape on the head of the screw that can only be unscrewed with a very specific little driver that you get from the manufacturer and that creates an extra security because in a world where I have a key holder not planning on that soon, but entirely possible in a world where I have a key holder, if I hand over the key, there's no way for me to unscrew it. The other thing I really like about the Evotion is that it can secure with a frenum, so it was able to work with my current piercing. It was expensive, but not too expensive. It was lightweight plastic, which makes it TSA friendly, and they also have very beautiful designs lots of different patterns you can get printed into the 3D matrix, shall we say I spent a long time measuring because you know anytime you're getting something custom, you want to make sure the measurements are right.
Speaker 1:I did the same thing when I was getting my rubber from Invincible. I got measured three or four times by friends and then did complex math. I didn't do the math. I have a friend who's an engineer who was able to do the math to kind of figure out which of the measurements were furthest out of variance and which were therefore more likely to be correct. I did something very similar for, hmm God, a week or two. I would measure around the base of my penis a few different times a day and in a couple of different math methods, because you have to measure the circumference of the base of the penis and balls right, so that's the ring of the device. You have to measure the length of the shaft to the glands. You have to measure the glands to the tip, you have to measure from the tip to the depth of the piercing. So there are a lot of measurements, and penises change shape based on you know what time of day it is, how excited you are, how much blood is down there, and so I wanted to make sure that I had the best representation of my average penis size, and that took measurements after measurements after measurements. What I found, fortunately, is that over they began to kind of converge. I began to find a kind of consistency, so that allowed me to find measurements that I felt were really pretty accurate.
Speaker 1:The other thing I did is I ordered several base rings. They have two different shapes of rings One is perfectly round and the other is kind of round but triangular I'm not quite sure they call it anatomical right so it's a little wider at the top and then narrows towards the base of the balls. I and as it turns out I'm not a fan of that shape. The thing that felt most comfortable was the round one and I had a good sense of where to start with my sizing. Because of the Cobra cage. I knew what my ring was on a Cobra. I could look up on King3D's site what that internal diameter is, and that gave me a starting point. One of the first things I discovered is that because the base ring on the Elotion Orion is a lot thicker or wider I suppose you should say it's wider than the ring on a King 3D Cobra that altered everything because it was taking up more space and I must have ordered oh God, 12, 15 rings I don't know, oh God, 12, 15 rings. I don't know A lot, a lot.
Speaker 1:And I would get them in different increments. Sometimes I went up by half a millimeter, sometimes I went up by a millimeter, because this is how fine-tuned you want to be. When you're ordering something like a custom chastity device, you want to make sure it's perfectly, perfectly, perfectly fitted to you, and that perfect fit may be a matter of half a millimeter, right? So I would get a ring, I'd get them in sets of four or six, I forget and lube it up and put it on and then go about my day and see how it felt. And some of the rings I mean all of them were tolerable and some of the rings, all of them were tolerable. None of them felt too big as though they were going to fall off, but some of them definitely. I could feel my inner thighs kind of squishing them in a way. That was not going to be comfortable and I was not getting exactly frustrated, but I was getting the sense of, oh, this is a lot, it's a lot, it's a lot of rings. It was a lot of investment to buy the rings. And then I tried one ring and it was as though it disappeared. It was as though I no longer felt it on my body and I kind of instantly knew that was going to be the ring. But I still kept up my scientific explorations and tried some bigger rings. But at the end of the day I was utterly confident I had the right ring size and utterly confident about the rest of my measurements. So I placed the order. That was, I think, two weeks ago Now. This is a very bespoke process. It involves several 3D printing processes. It involves hand finishing.
Speaker 1:I'm not in a hurry to get it. I'm not sure when it's going to arrive. When I have it, I will certainly give all of you a report on my thoughts of the Evocean Orion device. I'm pretty hopeful. I'm also not entirely sure what my goals are here. I do want to explore longer-term chastity, however. God, those effing nighttime erections. I am not looking forward to the nighttime erections and there's no way around them. And it just means a few nights with severely interrupted sleep before my body gets used to it and learns to wake up before it becomes painful. So I don't know how long I'm going to last, and it's not because I get so horny. I mean, I'm gray, sexual and a little demisexual. It takes a lot for me to get physically horny. That's just not the way I'm wired. So my concern isn't necessarily the horniness as much as comfort, and that is especially true for the overnights. It's also true on a daily basis. How comfortable is this device going to be at the gym, at the bar, in some tight leather, at work? These are questions that have yet to be answered, but we will have answers and I will share them with you all.
Speaker 1:In terms of my longer journey with Chastity, I do think there's a future where I have a partner who is my key holder. That is a kind of special intimacy I probably, for me, would only share with my primary nesting partner, slash boyfriend, slash hopefully future husband. If there ends up being another key holder, I will be quite surprised. I don't think I am willing to risk that sort of intimacy, that sort of power and control with anyone else, except for the person who has my heart. But if you've got my heart, I mean you really already have my penis. So why not actually have the key slash screwdriver to my penis? Oh, hold on, my cat's getting meowy. I'm going to open the window so she can look out. She really likes looking out the window, poor girl. So If I have a boyfriend that is on the table, not only do you get my heart, you get the key to my penis Not a bad deal. And if someone else ends up being a keyholder, I will be really kind of surprised in the most delightful ways, because I just don't imagine I'm capable of that kind of connection, giving up that much power and control with anyone who's not the man who owns my heart. But we shall see.
Speaker 1:So that's the update on my chastity journey. There is a little bit more involved that has to do with some things around my body that I haven't really been open about on the podcast. I've been very open about with people in my life, so some of you know exactly what I'm talking about when I talk about my body and my chastity journey. Others are completely in the dark and I'm going to have to ask for your patience on that. I don't know if it's something I'm going to talk about ever because it is very personal and good. It's all good. It's nothing troubling, it is all good, but it is something that is going to facilitate my longer chastity journey and really was the important step to reach this culminating step of getting my first ever custom device.
Speaker 1:Get a steelworks device in titanium because it's so lightweight and so hyper allergenic, as a kind of recommitment to chastity. If I respond to it in a way that makes my soul sing, that really helps me to explore who I am, that I can gather my sexual energy and decide what to do with it, that I can learn more about myself by locking myself or locking for my partner, but probably by locking myself then it's entirely conceivable that I will then end up making the significant commitment that is both financial and it's a commitment of the heart, I think to get a Steelworks device, and if that happens I'll be happy to tell you about that as well. Steelworks device and if that happens I'll be happy to tell you about that as well. I will say the people at Steelworks were super helpful. I emailed them, they gave me all the pricing, I asked questions, they answered them and the people at Evotion were really super helpful as well when I had questions about ordering different rings or things like that, and the shipping on the rings was pretty reasonable. There was one order that I felt was a little slow and I poked them and thing I know it was out the next day. So both companies. I haven't had anything made by Steelworks but I have friends who have Steelworks devices and they speak highly. I've had really good experiences with Steelworks and then, on the other hand, I have had really good experiences with Evotion as well. I can give you more details once I'm actually locked.
Speaker 1:Ironically, the other big development in Edge's playroom of dungeon fun is that I've gotten a milking machine. Just ironic, because on the one hand I'm getting my chassis device, on the other hand I'm getting a milking machine. I ended up getting the VacuGlide by Autoblow. I ended up getting the Vacuglide by Autoblow. And I looked at the Trembler by F-Machine because I feel like, okay, the OG is the Venus 2000. But you know it's that goes on. The penis is kind of custom-sized to one person and this is something I plan on using quite a bit in my play. So the Venus 2000 was kind of out from the beginning.
Speaker 1:The trembler was very appealing, except it's heavy because it's built into a suitcase. And the thing I like about the Vacuglide is that it is very similar in the physics and the design as the Trembler. If you've seen a Trembler. Imagine taking the actual piston pumping part out of that suitcase and that's what you have with the Vacuglide. It's half the weight of a Trembler and probably half the volume as well. Like the Trembler, it comes with three different sleeves.
Speaker 1:Now the Trembler has remote control and they're now Bluetooth-capable. But I don't really think I would use that capability. I'm always going to be close enough to the device to press the button. I don't necessarily need a remote control and I would never do any kind of remote stuff. I've tried it. It certainly works. It is effective, much like the Venus, much like all of these.
Speaker 1:There's a weight issue. The receiver, the tube that actually goes on your penis, is kind of heavy and to make sure it stays on without flopping off requires some MacGyvering. I will say and I just got it, oh, I just got it this week. So I'm still exploring and refining. But it's the kind of thing I expect to use a lot on men who come to my playroom Because, again, I'm not really sexual, I'm gray sexual, I'm not really into fucking and sucking and for me, like the point of the scene is the scene. However, a lot of men like to get off and I thought my won't it be convenient, at the end of the scene, to strap them down and put on the milker and slowly turn it up and just have them taken care of while I'm sitting there enjoying my cigar? So that is why I got a milking machine.
Speaker 1:So far, I'm very happy with my purchase of the VacuGlide. I will be traveling with it later this week so that makes me a little nervous, but hopefully travel will be okay. And it comes with three different sizes for the receiver tubes, much like the Trembler, so I'm happy about that. So this is the update on my journey. On the one hand, I have my custom chassis device ordered and hopefully coming to me soon. On the other hand, I have a milking machine which can extract your seed from you, whether you want to give it to me or not.
