Loneliness is a public health epidemic.  That said, Ladies, as we get older, it becomes even more crucial to stay connected with others. Study upon study shows the benefits  of engaging with others - which can boost our mental and physical beings, and the perils - if doing without. There are a multitude of ways to connect - in-person, via the phone, social media, community groups and activities, and more - including connecting via mail. And please don't forget to reach out to women who live alone with no family, and seldom leave the confines of their homes.

We recently held a virtual event in which we introduced a few co-authors of our anthology - "Ageless Glamour Girls: Reflections on Aging," whose chapters focus on connections and making new friends - yes, even later in life.  Meet these AMAZING authors, who will most definitely inspire you. #findyourvillage
