THE COOKOUT! This week, the Ageless Glamour Girls Podcast takes you straight to a summer cookout in West Palm Beach! 

I visited friends for a lively afternoon that turned into an impromptu recording, yes - an Ageless ChatFest - ON CAMERA, complete with laughter, storytelling, and candid reflections. Armed with just my iPhone, I talked it up with the four fabulous women (and one gentleman!) - all of whom I had just met - to capture their truths, their wisdom, and their joy. Guests include: Camryn Del Rio Linton, Dr. Winsome McLeod, Dr. Wanita Dixon, and Dr. Ruthe Francis. 'A special shoutout to the man in the room, Stuart Taylor, who offered a thoughtful perspective on not only women and our openness and vulnerability, but also on men.
