Who is Matt?
Matthew Del Negro is an actor, producer, and podcast host. He grew up in Westchester County, New York, and graduated from Boston College, where he played Division I Lacrosse. Matthew began his acting career in small theatre productions in New York while working as a bartender. He gained recognition for his recurring role on Season 4 of HBO’s series, The Sopranos. Matthew has also worked behind the camera as a Creative Consultant for various projects. In 2017, he launched his podcast, 10,000 NOs, where he interviews people from different backgrounds about their struggles and rejections. The podcast has been highly successful and led to a publishing deal with Wiley & Sons for his book, 10,000 NOs: How to Overcome Rejection on the Way to Your YES.
