Fertility advice I would question and why

When you're struggling to conceive, everyone seems to have advice.
Friends.
Family.
Social media.
Google.
AI.
Fertility forums.
Even well-meaning healthcare professionals.
And whilst much of that advice comes from a good place, some of it gets repeated so often that it starts to sound like fact - when in reality, fertility is rarely one-size-fits-all.
