What drives you when you are making decisions in your business?
When you’re thinking about growth, what helps you figure out what are the best choices?
In this episode, I'll share my top 4 considerations when I’m in a season of growth are:
Money
Money is important, it means freedom. You also need it to live. Bills, groceries, retirement, investing... I could go on and on.
Time freedom
It’s the best when you can intentionally driving your time each day. there are lots of things that need your attention… YOU for starters, family, business, hobbies.
Upward mobility
Growth should be adding to your business but also diversifying your offers. Don’t keep adding skills that require more of your time.
Fulfillment
Do what you love and feel passionate about and you’ll always find success.
Keep in mind, every time you have a growth period in your business, you’re not going check all four boxes, but keeping those considerations in mind will help you make the best decision for yourself and your business.
