It was a few years of trial and error and sometimes it felt like throwing spaghetti at the wall and hoping something would stick. But out of that crazy, but amazing time, I built the thriving business that I run today. I also created a program that takes solo doulas to agency owners with a "done for you" model of logistics, education and tons of support, plus 12 months of guidance as you enter the growth and scaling stage.
