Chris J. Maxwell (Survivor of many things (incl cancer), nomadic chef, entrepreneur, painter, runaway kid)

Chris is a dear friend, with whom I’ve been through a lot of shittytimes - and also good times.  

And we, of course, started with tough times: how he survived cancer. Then he talked about how he ran away from home as a teenager, how he survived the streets of Bangkok or Sydney or Nepal  or London, how he found himself in Istanbul, and finally, how love brought him to Amsterdam.  We also talked about, lo-and-behold, the virtues of deep and long-term romantic relationships, as well as his recent psychedelic trip.
