Cultivating Success: A mindset shift for happy, successful chiropractors
The goal of the Cultivating Success podcast is to help principled chiropractors be successful in both their practice and their business. The key to this is a shift in mindset. This is NOT “practice management” or cookie-cutter advice. Dr. Alison Bremner and Dr. Nor Jobarah want to help you find out who you are, what makes you truly happy and how to transfer that to your practice.
Over the last 10 years, Dr. Bremner has coached many successful associates and has discovered what most recent graduates and new chiropractors struggle with. Upcoming episodes will include topics like: shifting your money mindset, the steps you can take to be happier, how to choose an associate position that's best for you, what you need to do if you plan to open your own practice, and more!
Throughout this podcast, they will also be interviewing other successful doctors to discuss how they’ve navigated ups and downs in their careers and what advice they have for you. Our number one goal is to help create more successful principled chiropractors who can go out and change the world while loving the life they live!

Welcome to Episode 13 of the Cultivating Success podcast where we’re joined by our first chiropractic student, Brooks Hill, a Trimester 7 student at Parker University.
On this episode, Brooks shares her journey to becoming a chiropractic student, how she began to build her personal brand presence online and how adapting on social media is a helpful tool for your chiropractic journey. You’ll hear Brooks share why she started her Instagram account @destination.dc to begin with, why it’s worth the commitment, and the benefit of creating a professional brand around who you are and what matters to you. She and Dr. Bremner discuss how to navigate negativity, why it’s okay to incorporate yourself AND your values into your chiro content and how finding balance in sharing a variety of content can help the general audience enjoy you as a person first. Finally, Brooks finishes her interview by sharing the two most important things that have brought her growth, learning and confidence in her journey so far. All of that and more in this episode -- we hope you enjoy Brooks as much as we did!
