The First Step in Behavior Management: Building Rapport Part One

This week we are jumping into classroom management, building rapport, behavior management, and discipline. We will cover it all!

It’s a tough topic for many teachers. We are seeing more and more behavior issues in our schools, and they are even leading to some life and death events. How can we be part of the solution and not part of the problem? That is the main question we will answer over the next month or so. I hope you will join me.

Episode 44 is the intro to the conversation on behavior. The first step is building rapport, building a loving classroom community. It is vital to the success of your classroom.

We will continue with rapport building next week. Don’t miss it!
