Meet Tyrese Manigault, a dedicated employee and a valuable asset to NASCAR. He currently serves as the Manager of Employee Engagement, where his primary focus is on analyzing people and employee engagement data. He then uses this data to develop strategic engagement plans and make changes that improve internal communications and productivity. Before joining NASCAR, Tyrese spent time as a Human Resources Specialist for Fincantieri Marine Repair (FMR) in Jacksonville, FL.

His responsibilities included recruiting and managing internal communications. Throughout his career, Tyrese has always maintained a strong focus on people and culture.
